Considerando dizer ser um Resort, o hotel parece estar passando por uma reestruturação, fiquei na acomodação Nova, o quarto é bom.
Internet não tem nos quartos, só na recepção e piscina que é próximo a Recepção.
Muita gente fumando na área da piscina que fica insuportável para quem não gosta, além de que deixam cinzas se cigarro por tudo.
Restaurante mediano.
Café da manhã básico não condiz com o Hotel.
Muito silencioso e bem localizado.

Fue muy caro para lo que fue. Las camas son muy pequeñas, en 2 de 4 ocasiones no hubo agua caliente, no había siquiera una silla en el cuarto, ni una botella de agua (aunque hubiera que pagarla), hacía bastante calor y el aire está en un extremo del cuarto y fijado a 25 grados. El desayuno estaba bien, aunque unos días antes me escribieron que las bebidas tendría que pagarlas aparte (afortunadamente si hubo jugo, agua y café incluido). La vista si es linda, pero había unas cubetas y desperdicio que lo afearon. La gente si que es amable y servicial. Aunque está ubicado fuera del centro, en la esquina pasa el bus a las cataratas y el hito de las tres fronteras está caminando

O quarto em si era muito bom, porém a cortina do banheiro e da janela pequena do quarto estavam que quebradas, impossibilitando a abertura. Café também com pouquíssima opção, principalmente na parte de salgados

A iluminacao do quarto e do banheiro é linda. Mas tudo muito escuro. Impossivel fazer maquiagem com as luzes saindo debaixo da bancada da pia

Outdated resort which needs lot of maintenance. We had a huge mold on the ceiling and very humid air, but it was not possible to change the room. Photos of the resort must be at least 10 years old, because in reality everything looks much more used and older. Restaurant was extremely slow, we ordered food from "minute" list to have it as soon as possible, but we waited 50 minutes (there was only one more table with other people).
