A pretty good hotel to stay at Iguazu Falls.

Building was nice enough, and staff was friendly and professional. No complaints about staff. Convenient location to falls, but not a good walk to town. Food at dinner buffet was awful, and breakfast buffet was only slightly better. When I got hot milk out of the dispenser, a fly came out of it. Truly disgusting. Broken gym equipment, and gym not air conditioned. Had to buy bottled water for the whole trip, no free water provided in lobby or anywhere else except breakfast buffet where the dead fly was in the milk. Jets in bathtub did not operate properly.

Property is very tropical and beautiful. Lots of very comfortable seating areas to wait for transportation ir check in or out. The Property indide is spectacular! Very beautiful and comfortable. I only speak English but they always had at least one staff member that could speak English. Very happy with my stay.

Just on the food side. At breakfast, food like eggs and potatoes were raw, uncooked and cold. And at dinner package, no beverage was included (understandable), but even simple drinking water was not free, instead giving us fancy and pricey canned water. Everything else was ok.

The environment around is calm away from the city noise. The taxi service that hotel provides is excellent to move around the iguazu main attractions. The hotel staffs were professionals. It was good that the diner is included since the hotel has some distance to the city center. We enjoyed the stay.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Very impressed with this property which had a tropical charm. Close to Iguazu-Falls which is why we came here.

Excelente atención , en el restaurante , realmente en todos los ambientes , la comidas muy variada y riquísima , lo recomendaré a mi familia y amigos

The propierty aré in the jungle and the enviroment Is beatiful. However they have to have transportación to the cuntomers. For not to be isolated allá the Time.
