Casas Heddy 健康度假村(Casas Heddy, Well-Being Resort)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Casas Heddy. L’hôtel est calme et très bien entretenu, le personnel est très accueillant et la piscine est extra. Mention spéciale pour Mickael, coach sportif toujours à l’écoute et très sympathique.

Très bon hôtel, chambres basiques avec une douche à l'italienne. Pas de chaînes françaises a la télé. Le petit déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet sucré ou salé. Le midi ou le soir sous forme de restaurant avec menu et service a table. A noter que la carafe d'eau n'existe pas. Et c'est surprenant que l'hôtel fait payer une bouteille d'eau lors d'un repas au lieu d'augmenter légèrement son tarif. A la piscine comme d'hab certains laissent trainer leurs serviettes pour réserver un transat! Le personnel est adorable mais malheureusement ne parle pas français. Pour descendre en ville au bord de la mer c'est 1,1 km donc env. 15 min de marche a pied. Beaucoup de bars et restaurants avec de la clientèle principalement Britannique.

Chambres basiques avec terrasse donnant sur le jardin et sans vis-à-vis. Emplacement pratique car à côté de la route pour pouvoir partir en vadrouille après le petit-déjeuner. La vieille ville très animée est à 1,1 km donc il faut 15 minutes à pied.

Ottima struttura, camere ampie, pulite, luminose e con dehors attrezzato con sedie, tavolo e sdraio. Tutto il residence è accessibile anche a persone con disabilità, piscina compresa, trovo che sia un notevole punto di forza. Ottima la colazione, con proposte dolci salate, anche cucinate al momento. Il personale cortese, attento e disponibile. Il parcheggio è gratuito di fronte all'entrata. In dieci minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro con negozi, bar e locali di ristorazione.

The hotel was in a peaceful location with a bit of a walk to the harbor. The food in the snack bar was very good. Breakfast was plentiful. Clean quiet and friendly. If you want a relaxing holiday this is the place for you. Staff are friendly and helpful

Had a lovely stay over Chris**as at Casas Heddy. The buffet breakfast and evening meal was perfect, plenty of choice for all tastes. The swimming pool was perfect and the grounds lovely and peaceful. We had read the posts about the walk into the Old Town and it was actually easier and quicker than we were expecting. I think some rooms were better than others. We had a 2nd floor room with lovely terrace whereas my in-laws had a ground floor room with less "outside" space and not such a modern or spacious bathroom. We also thought teas and coffees should be replenished when the rooms were cleaned. However the staff were great and it was a very chilled holiday which is what we were after. Would definitely stay again.

Poor service at the bar. No table service & the chef did not make food after 3.30 look to be very lazy. When I asked could I be served they answered yes. I waited for 15 min before returning to the bar. I asked again if I could order food they just looked over to the chef who wax shaking her head. Very poor especially as I had enjoyed the pool & room.

Very good stay at casas heddy as usual. Clean, friendly, great facilities and good food. My second time back and I would book again. My only suggestion would be for this to become an adults only hotel. It's a relaxing place with a spa , pool , beautiful gardens and overall very calm. Unfortunately if you do get young children at the hotel around the pool who are noisy this can ruin the experience. I say this as it is marketed as a rehab and spa a place for peace and quiet and for you to relax. Say for example you are coming for peace and rehabilitation after an accident the last thing you would want is a couple of screaming kids running around. I feel making this an adults only hotel would certainly improve the experience.

Probably one of the best for price/quality here in Lanzarote. Breakfast well assorted and dinner very well served. Unfortunately I didn't tried the swimming pool or the other services because it didn't rain: that's the only way to keep me in the hotel 😂
