狄格佳套房公寓(Apartamentos Tigaiga Suites)

Tres beau complexe dont les appartements spacieux avec terrasse et vue sur le teide offrent tout le confort et services d’un hotel. Les petits déjeuners sous forme de buffet sont variés et conviennent à tous les goûts. accès possible a la partie hotel ou il y a un magnifique jardin et une deuxième piscine avec vue mer .

Wir waren für 7 Tage im Tigaiga Suites und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig. Der Balkon mit seinem Ausblick unschlagbar. Alles ist sehr ruhig und wir konnten uns super erholen. Die Stadt ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und für den Rückweg ein Taxi genommen. Für 6 € ist man sehr schnell wieder im Hotel. Einen Mietwagen haben wir nicht vermisst. Das Frühstücksbüffet war jeden Tag sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Auch wenn täglich das gleiche angeboten wurde, hatten wir viel Abwechslung. Die Gartenführung am Mittwoch war sehr interessant und wir haben viel über Palmen gelernt. Hier nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an Frau Irene Talg, die mit viel Wissen aufwarten kann. Das ganze Personal ist jederzeit freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit gewesen. Alle haben eine so herzliche Art. Das Appartement wurde von lieben Engeln sauber gehalten, die man kaum sah, aber alles war immer Tip Top sauber. Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an die ganze Familie Talg, die die Hotelanlagen führt. Man merkt, mit welcher Liebe und Leidenschaft die Hotels und die Gärten gemanagt werden. Sie können stolz auf das alles sein und auf Ihr Personal. Danke für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura nei mesi di giugno e luglio 2023. Le camere della struttura sono molto grandi, arredate con gusto e pulizia impeccabile anche nelle parti comuni e nei giardini. La colazione è ricca, abbondante e varia. Il servizio del personale di sala del ristorante é da considerarsi di alto livello come nei migliori hotel 5 stelle. Il cibo é di ottima qualità e i oiatti serviti ai tavoli sono serviti ai tavoli sono sempre curati nei minimi dettagli cosa che non guasta. Complimenti a tutti coloro che permettono a questa struttura di fornire un servizio nel globale eccellente qualitá Ci ritorneró sicuramente

Nos hemos alojado 7 días en estos apartamentos y son sencillamente maravillosos. El complejo está situado en una zona tranquila de Puerto de la Cruz. los apartamentos están perfectamente equipados, muy espaciosos, nuevos y muy, muy limpios. Los jardines y la piscina están en magníficas condiciones. El personal es SUPERAMABLE, en especial Úrsula, quién siempre está dispuesta a dar buenos consejos sobre lugares a visitar, playas, restaurantes.... etc. Si tienes cualquier duda... pregunta y ella te aconsejará. El buffet del desayuno Magnífico y con medidas antiCOVID muy buenas. Además, nosotros tenemos una hija celíaca y se preocuparon de tener variedad de productos sin gluten. GRACIAS MUY RECOMENDABLE!!!!

Last year we stayed at the Tigaiga Hotel, opted for the space of the suites on this visit. Our suite had a large lounge, dining area and terrace with sun loungers for afternoon sun. Good views over hills and coast. Good size swimming (all same depth, no shallow end) pool with sun lounging area. Breakfast is included, good buffet choice and omelette cooked to order. The apartment kitchen area is well equipped (no oven but has a microwave). Apartment is serviced daily except Sundays. The Breakfast room has a lingering smell of fried food, but you can sit outside. Customer service could be improved and be more practive and customer focussed. It took 3 emails to ascertain how and where we had to check in. Further conversations at reception about where to offload luggage and park the car. This could be improved by sending clear map/instructions by email a day in advance. You check in at the hotel but check out at the suites reception (only open briefly in morning). This seems to suit the hotel but not necessarily customers as the buildings are set well apart down a street. On our last day we found the shortest walking route to the hotel (no map/instructions at check in or in room). There isn't a kettle in the suite, these have to be rented (20 euro deposit). We paid the deposit at the hotel but then found that the refund is from the suite reception. Parking is in streets near by, none on site. We tried the set menu main hotel restaurant for dinner. We regretted that decision. Its the "half board/TUI package deal" restaurant and definitely done to a tight budget. Courses (all choices have to be ordered at the start) are served at lightening speed. By 8.30 the restaurant is cleared and laid for breakfast. Not a relaxing experience. The a la carte smaller restaurant and all day food/drinks provider is much better. The food and service here is excellent. Overall not as good an experience as our stay in the hotel last year but still very good.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a view of El teide and the lovely gardens. Lovely spacious suite with everything you could need including a well stocked kitchen and a beautiful terrace.Very good breakfast included in the dining room. We were even provided with yoga mats when we asked about them. Very helpful staff although office is open only in the morning but always available by phone or at the hotel nearby. The only downside was a charity event held on the grounds on the Friday night which was loud and went until midnight. I hope that this will not be a common event as it detracted from an otherwise fantastic stay.

Excellent family fun hotel, but some dinners were not good the highest quality. Gardens are exceptional , and the tour was interesting Rooms are very high quality , with views of the mountains and snow in February.

We have just returned from a four week stay at the Tigaiga Suites. These suites are exceptional being both modern and well equipped. The main attraction for us was the fact that the rooms were serviced six days a week and that a breakfast was included every day. The breakfasts were very good with a wide selection of both continental and cooked items. But by far and away the best thing about the Suites are the staff!!! Starting at the top - the family that own the Suites and the adjacent Tigaiga Hotel are totally hands on and are visble every day around the facilities. The reception staff are extremely helpful and speak several languages and always go the extra mile - on receiving an email confirming our collection time for our return journey - they offered to open the breakfast room early so that we could eat before departing. The chamber maids were brilliant shout out to Jenny! They have managed to create an oasis of calm on the outskirts of the town - the walk into town was easy (and we're in our 70's) but we always got a taxi back which was only about 5 euros. Everywhere in the complex is spotless and the gardiners are always busy keeping everything pristine!! Lastly the complex is very secure with cctv and your room key allowing you access through the front and rear gates and the outside doors into the lift area. The card also allows you access to the hotel grounds where you can have a drink or eat in the a la carte restaurant. Apologies for the length of this review but there were so many good things that I didn't want to miss anything out - well done to the family - both the Suites and Hotel are a credit to you!!!

We stayed here for 2 week in June with our family staying in another suite. Upon arrival until departure we found everything and everyone there superb. Nothing was to much trouble and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Lovely pool and garden area. Breakfast was more than we expected and was lovely. Credit to the gardener he worked really hard to keep the place tidy. Also the room cleaners worked very hard. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again. The taxi to the suites from town is around €5 which beats walking! Thank you Tigaiga Suites for a fab holiday
