Excelente lugar la atención de todo el personal del hotel impecable! El mejor lugar de Galapagos sin dudas, muy recomendable para venir con amigos, familia o trabajo, Las vistas son imperdibles a toda hora, con el mejor contacto con la naturaleza! Gracias Mauricio Pacheco!!!

Excelente. Todo impecable y la atención de lujo. Comida deliciosa… Perfecta ubicación en todo el malecón de la isla, todo muy cerca caminando... El atardecer una experiencia única que no se ve en las otras islas. Vale la pena venir y visitarlo 10/10

¡La mejor ubicación de todas en Galápagos! Frente a la playa, veíamos lobos marinos todos los días, fue la mejor vista que pudimos tener. Además el hotel cuenta con un excelente restaurante con comida muy bien preparada por el chef Alexis, ¡un excelente chef! Nunca olvidaremos todo lo que vivimos en Indigo en Galápagos. A mejorar, una piscina infinita con vistas al mar.

Cecilia was excellent, making sure everything was seamless. I stayed when this property was brand new and things were still getting a little sorted but the staff was helpful and over the top courteous. The bar made good drinks which I had in the pool area one day and the bar area one night. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff took care of every small request quickly and happily (or at least faked happy) which is hard to come by sometimes. After I learned about the area, I was able to walk to a small grocery and to other dining, etc. The one thing you need to be warned about is the mirror situation. It is a beautiful mirror but I the lighting on it or something about it made it very hard to see in. I don't wear makeup but I could not pluck my eyebrows, etc. When I looked in a mirror elsewhere, I was surprised by my image as my hair was a sight and Albert Einstein's eyebrows were on my face. But everything else there was spectacular! The staff arranged taxis without complaints and greeted each person every time they came in. Since it was so new and there was only one other family there when I was there, the over helping of the staff almost got annoying so I am hoping as the staff settles in, that would tone down a bit. Oh, also, I went out quite early in the morning and the staff surprised me by packing me a lunch to take with me.

After having a difficult time with a neighboring hotel, our travel agent was able to secure us a beautiful room at this hotel. The staff was charming and spoke good English. They booked us straight away into a top floor suite with a beautiful view of the harbor. They were super kind and seemed to know the neighboring hotel manager was not good. The suite was comfortable and spacious. We even got an excellent restaurant recommendation.

Woeful. Weak, unstable wifi - which was acknowledged as a known issue with no apparent remedy. Hostile Front of House Manager. Meagre, disappointing breakfast. Litany of additional service related issues. Inexcusable at this price point. Avoid.

Un viaje espectacular, pasamos genial en San Cristobal y se complementó con la excelente estadía. El personal muy atento, las instalaciones de primera, fácil acceso, a los pies del hotel está una playa en la que están decenas de lobos marinos. El único pero que le encontramos, es la poca variedad de platos en el menú.

The Hotel Indigo was a great, comfortable place to stay. The staff was very accommodating and the room was nice. We were on the 3rd floor (303) and had a nice view of Playa de Oro and the sea lions. We were fishing with Ecuador Fly Fishing Tours (A+!) and had early morning starts. The kitchen made us fried egg sandwiches to go with a side fruit bowl. After fishing all day, the pool and bar staff were wonderful! And I cannot say enough about Stephanie and Maria, our massage therapists! Book 90 minutes because 60 minutes is not enough time for them to work their magic. The only negative is the bar uses plastic swivel sticks in drinks. For a place that is very ecologically forward, the plastic drink swivel sticks were not needed. Also, my husband left his wedding ring somewhere in the room and it hasn't been found yet but it hasn't even been 12 hrs since we checked out. I'm still hopeful they'll find the ring!
