Close walk for Darwin centre(15 minutes) , tortuga bay (20 minutes) and playa mann(10 min walk). They have a Terrace with Bahai Marr which is a good view for relaxing in the evening.
They provided good information for travelling from airport to Hotel.
Staff was friendly and managed to speak English. Breakfast was good. Water bottle , beach towel and complementary bags provided .

Hotel should answer messages from customer
Did not stay here as a tsunami alert prevented me to get to the hotel.
I messaged the hotel for a refund. No reply. At least have the courtesy to reply. It would mean a lot!!
There was no way I was going to make it to the hotel. All ferry services were cancelled.
Please can a refund be arranged.
This was a force majour incident and no fault of the customer.
I hope a satisfactory response is provided and a refund made.

Our stay at Hotel Cucuve was truly fantastic! The room itself was very comfortable, simple yet stylish furnishings, with AC and a ceiling fan, USB charging plugs throughout, a very spacious balcony with hammock to relax in and several seats. All of the staff were super friendly and very helpful in trying to locate our lost luggage and have it delivered to the hotel. Coffee and tea and some light snacks are available at any time free of charge, and if leaving early in the morning for day excursions, you can even request a packed up breakfast in advance. Definitely felt like our home away from home during our time there, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Puerto ayora.

Best staff ever!
On the trip to the island the zipper on my backpack had broken. This was my only luggage for the trip. I asked the staff if they could help me out. That evening the bag was returned to me with a new zipper. When I think of this trip what I will remember is the amazing assistance I received when I ask for help.

This is probably one of the better hotels I have stayed at . Incredible service and there is purified water at your convenience even in the bathroom. Very safe I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying on santa cruz island in the galapagos.

Nice staff and location is good, but of course there's more noise because of it. Internet is spotty. We would stay there again and the ******* Gold status was a plus.

This hotel is adorable! I love that they provide 24/7 filtered water, coffee, and snacks. The location is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and tour docks, yet it's situated away from noisy central areas.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff are super helpful and informative. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are clean and quite spacious. There is construction right outside the front door but there are walkways around it. They were super thoughtful and prepared a box meal for my dad who went on a day excursion. The meal was generous in both choice and quantity. It’s walking distance to many areas. They gift you two free water bottles and two reusable bags. Honestly this hotel is quite the gem. They recommended great restaurants and tour operators. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to Santa Cruz island.
