Como estar en casa. Calidez, amabilidad, eficiencia, limpieza. Todo funciona, super tranquilo, excelente ubicación. La anfitriona Dalila y su asistente Liz impecables, sus recomendaciones fueron de gran ayuda. Super recomendable.

Uma delícia de hotel! Bem localizado e perto de vários restaurantes bons. O quarto é super espaçoso e cheiroso. Tem uma varanda com vista pro mar e uma rede. Uma cama enorme e super confortável. Banheiro limpo e novo. O café da manhã é num terraço com vista pro mar e de manhã cedinho a luz do sol é linda! O atendimento é gentil e prático. Espero voltar!

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit gutem Service und schönen Zimmern! Sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Das Frühstückbuffet ist vorzüglich und unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Betten sind sehr groß und weich und die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut. Alles in Fußweite - weniger als 2 Minuten

The cutest little speak easy style hotel, you can't see it from the street, its nestled in between a store and bar lounge. Once I entered through the gate I was immediately greeted with lemons grass water and a warm hand towel. My room was conveniently located on the first floor. I had a lot of early excursion's, the staff was happy to make my breakfast early at 5:30 am. The property is super clean even out side in the common areas I could walk around barefoot and not even a grain of sand on my feet. Great service from all especially Dahlia who checked on me daily to ask how my excursions were going, she took extra care to make sure that I was a happy customer. I was sad to leave felt like home to me, I really appreciated the kindness from all the staff.

Plaza Luna was an excellent place to stay in Puerto Ayora! From Dalila’s (owner) welcome with cold towels and iced lemongrass tea the the helpful staff and delicious breakfast it was perfect. The location is great and the view from the breakfast patio is wonderful. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling here! Thank you!
