普韋布洛溫德姆戴斯飯店(Days Inn by Wyndham Pueblo)

Right off the 25 South. We wanted to be close to the highway so we can leave right away in the morning. There were plenty of restaurants around. The room was clean and had what we needed for a night of rest stop. Fast check in and out. Breakfast was minimal but it was enough for us.

This has to be one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The “3pm” check in was bumped back to 6pm because the 5 rooms I rented were not ready. When we were finally let into the rooms the cleanliness of all rooms was very poor, food in refrigerators, dirty bathrooms and trash left from previous guests. On Sat morning the fire alarm went off at 4:30am and the front desk clerk said she hit a “wrong button”. On Sun morning the fire alarm went off AGAIN at 4:30am but no explanation was offered or given. The “free breakfast” was crap, cereal, warm milk, a dozen bagels for the entire hotel and no coffee after 7am. When I complained I was told the hotel was severely understaffed. We’ll, then maybe don’t rent out all the rooms if they all can’t be properly serviced. To me this is obvious outright corporate greed with no consideration for quality and customer comfort. I will NEVER stay at a Wyndham owned property again! The staff didn’t seem concerned or willing to help when I asked how they might be able to make things right.

The hotel check in was fast and easy. The clerk was really nice. The bed was clean. The only issue I had was that there were no body towels in the room, only hand and face towels. I had to go the front desk and they gave me a couple of pool towels. I would stay there again, but I would check for towels before my shower!

Booked while on route, numbers, comments all had Days Inn looking on. Check in was great, gal was friendly, helpful and efficient. From that point on it went from bad to worse. Couldn’t get into building from outside with key card, had to walk around to front entrance late in the evening(10 pm). Then couldn’t get into room, had keys re-programmed and they still wouldn’t work. Gave ne new cards, which got us into room, still could not access building thru side entrance as key cards didn’t work there. Upon getting into room that was super cold(60) and when changing temp discovered water on floor. Notified desk, she gave us another room. Turns out that window in first unit was wide open( w/ac running), and monsoon rain had pretty much came thru the open window. 2nd rm was clean and ok, couldn’t seal tub drain for a bath, tv had to be programmed to match its input, had to redo that again in am after turning tv off. Breakfast options were nil to nothing, all coffee urns were empty at 7:45 am, and none of the vending machines worked. During thst point and when leaving to go get an actual breakfast no front desk service available. Overall, I would have to say this is the first time staying at this site and definitely the last. Normally, use a lot of Wyndham places, this ranks pretty damn close to the worst I’ve been in for number of issues that should not have been.

Overall stay was good. The front desk staff was very helpful and quick check in. Only downside was breakfast. Two kinds of cereal, boiled eggs and muffins, apples or bananas, juice or coffee and that was it. Nothing else very disappointing.

The room was fine for a one night stay on our way to the Great Sand Dunes. It looked like there were blood stains on the carpet in the hallway and our room smelled musty. Breakfast was minimal. The front desk gal was really friendly so that was nice.

Rooms were clean, staff was nice. Was there for 2 nights, good experience. Slightly over priced for Pueblo area, but cheaper and better then most of the motels in area.

The toilet wouldn't flush, hair all over the shower wall, breakfast is just cold stuff, the lid fell off the air conditioner and it was just old.

It was very dirty and smelled like smoke. The beds were the only thing that was clean. The window on a first floor room wouldn't lock, and the toilet kept running constantly trying to fill. It was not worth half what we paid to stay there.
