Personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et orienté es. Les chambres sont magnifiques, spécialement les villas. Le manager Muralidharan s est très bien occupé de nous. Il est d’une extrême gentillesse et très professionnel.

We enjoyed our stay. Service was exceptional and staff is very polite too. Mr. Alok at the front desk is very humble and took care of all our needs. My grand mother wanted north Indian food so they especially made it for her despite having a breakfast spread. The property is neat and clean, beach is not attached but 5-10 min walk, nice swimming pool with clean and normal temp. water. Overall it was a very conformable stay. Points that can be taken care of : ＞ We needed two rooms and they were not together. ＞ We asked for water in a jug instead of using plastic water bottles. That was not provided. Thanks.

Le séjour s'est bien déroulé : chambre super ! Buffet du déjeuner très bien. Le personnel est bien présent pour satisfaire le client. Pour le paiement final, l'acceptation des cartes de crédit a été aléatoire : utilisation de plusieurs sabots de carte avant de concrétiser un paiement. Par ailleurs, un préposé à l'accueil a proposé de garder la chambre le jour du départ avec un prix promotionnel. En fin de compte, une nuit supplémentaire a été comptée. Assurez-vous donc bien auparavant de ce qui vous sera réclamé, compte tenu aussi des taxes et frais importants.
