Residence Inn Provo North

We have always thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Residence Inn Hotels the accommodations are awesome, I have a big family so it’s been very nice to be able to share a suite and not be split into two rooms. The continental breakfast is amazing too, they offer a lot of different options and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. However, this time around I noticed that the hotel seemed outdated and there were stains on the cushions of the couch. When we pulled out the sofa bed, there were used sheets and blankets still on the mattress. The room was ground level and although it had a fireplace we felt cool temps throughout the night. All in all we slept well and enjoyed our stay but I want to continue to love this hotel as much as I did the previous years.

Beautifully designed facility and rooms, comfortable stay. We only stayed one night but would not hesitate to stay longer. Breakfast looked great but we didn’t have time to partake.

We chose this hotel specifically because of the fact that there were wheelchair accessible rooms. When we made our reservations it was stated that this would be the room we selected. That was not the case. We also picked this hotel because the room came with "a full kitchen including kitchenware". Again not the case. There was a cork screw, a pineapple/apple corer, and a spatula for silverware use. Not sure how you can even utilize a full kitchen when the room isn't equipped with forks, spoons and knives. There was no dishwasher soap or hand soap and the closet didn't have an extra blanket like most hotel rooms. The bed was comfortable and the rest of the room was clean. We were told they were at 70% occupancy yet there was absolutely NO parking. We had to park down the street and walk to the hotel. On the day of checkout our keys immediately quit working at 11am and we couldn't get back into the hotel room while loading the car. We went to grab the last suitcase right at 11am and the exterior doors would not accept our key. When we tried to get some help on these items we were told "it would be taken care of" and never was. Overall the stay was a disappointment. We have always had a good experience with other Marriott Residence Inn locations so were shocked that this location was such a disappointment.

We paid for the $240 for the two bedroom hotel so I was expecting more from the room. Room was a little outdated and things need to be fixed in the room. I was looking forward to breakfast and they did have plenty to choose from. The only thing that disappointed me was the waffles, they put sugar in them ! I just wanted basic waffles but i just ended up eating more eggs. It was an ok stay but I would never pay that much for the stay.

Spacious and comfortable room with kitchen amenities that is close to restaurants, shopping and within walking distance of BYU.

Excellent junior suite

My stay was comfortable and clean. My problem is that I returned to my room last night to find that someone had been in my room while I was away. I thought perhaps the cleaners had come through but nothing was clean, the bed was not made. Nearly everything was as it was when I left in the morning apart from the tv that was on in the second bedroom which I do not use. So, yeah, an over all score of 2 given that so I to deal with someone else having access to my room

2 bedroom suite with fire place close to everything in Provo and Orem yet off the main drags. Hotel breakfast was stellar too.
