義大利梅森 1029 號飯店(Maison Italia 1029)

Das kleine Boutiquehotel mit seinen nur 6 Zimmern liegt im angesagten Stadtviertel Barrio Italio. In der Umgebung gibt es jede Menge kleine Bars und Restaurants. Wir hatten die Suite mit Kingsizebett und Balkon in der obersten Etage und waren hellauf begeistert. Die Suite ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Highlight war für uns die riesige Terrasse auf der wir nach den Ausflügen bei einem Glas Wein dem Trubel auf der Straße zugeschaut haben. Auch das Frühstück im kleinen Café war super. Frisch gepresster Saft, leckerer Kaffee und eine Auswahl an Eierspeisen haben uns den Start in den Tag versüßt.

Très bel hôtel ; peu de chambres ce qui en fait un cocon agréable où il fait bon séjourner. Le style contemporain est en contraste avec la façade en briques c'est vraiment très beau. Le lit est très confortable ; la chambre est très très propre ; bien que située au bord d'une route il n'y a pas de circulation la nuit c'est plutôt calme. L'accueil est très chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est personnalisé et peut se prendre sur le petit balcon attenant à la chambre. Je mets 20 sur 20 à cet endroit de charme

Hotel muito charmoso, SUPER RECOMENDO! Ambiente externo e de café da manhã extremamente agradável;Café da manhã diferente dos cafés convencionais, porém muito bem servido, com opções saborosas e bem elaboradas. Atendimento da recepção ótimo, pessoal muito atencioso, quarto limpo, com cama super confortável e banheiro bom; Ideal para casais. Com localização privilegiada, próximo aos bares e metro. Tivemos uma experiência excelente e recomendamos de olhos fechados a quem for visitar Santiago PS: A água que é oferecida para a venda no frigobar do hotel é muito cara, mas o hotel oferece água cortesia.

Tanto el hotel como los servicios espectaculares, las habitaciones son cómodas, me encantó el sistema de terrazas que le otorga ese toque verde sureño, y los servicios complementarios también. El personal muy amable, servicial, dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites.el desayuno de gran calidad. Me encantó todo de este hotel, volvería!

Very nice hotel located in a good area of Santiago, very convenient for visiting the city. Very pleasant and helpful staff, especially at the reception desk. Excellent breakfast. The room was nice, calm and with a great terrace. A big thank you for this very good stay.

The Maison Italia is set in a great location with lots of interesting shops and restaurants. We really loved the area. Our favourite thing about the hotel was the breakfast which was served in the downstairs coffe shop. The square footage of the room seems to include the outside area so the inside of the room is a little snug, however we used the outside area a lot when it was cooler and that was delightful. All of the staff were very helpful with information about the area. We mainly used Uber to get arround but found out late in our trip that there is avery good underground which was even cheaper.

This quaint boutique hotel has really great service. We had a wonderful experience with Nicole at the front desk and would certainly recommend Maison. We spent 3 nights at Maison Italian and upgraded to the king suite apartment with balcony. Wow, so much for such a good price! The listing says it’s 50sqm but it’s bigger than that. Top floor of the whole building. Apartment is stunning. Very comfy king bed. Nice living area with couch and table. Kitchen. And the best part - a generous balcony where we enjoyed a drink in the late afternoon/evening while soaking up the happenings of the neighborhood and street below - buskers, music, people having a good time. Such a cool area, lots of fun eateries and bars (loved Casa Luz for dinner), small boutiques, great street art and people watching. It’s hipper than areas like Bellavista and Lastarria and very much deserves its title of Santiago’s new ‘Williamsburg’. The in-room breakfast option is a lovely touch. There’s also a coffee machine in the room. And the staff were so so nice and helpful, and always ready with a smile, especially the super lovely female staff member on reception - sorry didn’t catch her name. Helped us with all sorts of things and was by far the nicest staff member at any of our Chile accommodations over our 3+ weeks of travel. Combined all this made our stay so special and we were genuinely sad to leave. I am writing this from our accomm in Patagonia which is more expensive and nowhere near as good! A very special find. 10/10! Stay in the king suite if you can!

Well located in the Italian Barrio. Lots of restaurant and shops nearby. Really good breakfast included in the adjoining cafe. The little garden off the bedroom was a nice touch, although it is not always in the shade despite the canopy. The hotel also had two single gear bikes for free use which was a welcome addition and allowed us to explore Santiago under our own steam one day. I would stay here again.
