Μειναμε για 5 μερες στις οικογενειακες μας διακοπες,το δωματιο ηταν πολυ ομορφο και ανετο για την οικογενεια μου.Μας αρεσε ο διπλος χωρος με ξεχωριστο υπνοδωματιο και ωραια θεα στον Πρωταρα,Το προσωπικο ηταν παντα εξυπηρετικο και χαμογελαστο παροτι ηταν στο τελειωμα τις σεζον και οσο ναναι εχουν κουραστει απο την μεγαλη διαρκεια που εχει η σεζον στην Κυπρο.Το φαγητο χρειαζεται μια βελτιωση,ειδικα τα γλυκα τους ηταν πολυ μέτρια ως απαραδεκτα και χρειαζονται συγκεκριμενο χωρο ωστε να διατηρουνται κρυα και δροσερα μεχρι να τα παρει ο πελατης του ξεχοδοχειου και οχι να ειναι ελευθερα μεσα στον μπουφε χωρις ψυξη,το γλυκο δεν μπορει να παραμενει 2 ωρες εκτος ψυγειου,αλλιωνεται και μπορει να γινει και επικινδυνο.

Departamento con balcon ,grande y muy limpio entre medio de mucha naturaleza.variedad y calidad de comida .3 pisinas grandes con toboganes ,servicio exelente , muy buen mantenimiento y personal muy amable .podes recibir lunch box para los dias que salis a la ciudad o al mar.volveremos !!!

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι εξαιρετικο.Η συμπεριφορά όλων των παιδιών που δουλεύουν,η καθαριότητα,τα φαγητά,τα activities,το all inclusive εκπληκτικό.Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.Μακραν καλύτερο ξενοδοχείο για διακοπε στο Πρωτάρα/Αγία Ναπα

Quelques jours d'escapade magique! 1 piscine au calme pour adultes et 1 piscine famille avec toboggans Logement en suite avec une superbe terrasse vue sur mer! 1 restaurant qui privilégie la QUALITE à la quantité avec un personnel d'une gentillesse... Cadre vraiment extraordinaire à flanc de colline construit sous forme de petit village! (très ) Petite équipe d'animation Plage à quelques kms mais navette depuis l'hôtel +sieurs fois / jour. Recommande +++ Location de voiture conseillée pour visiter Protaras et ses alentours avec parking gratuit à l'hôtel (! privilégier la boite auto car conduite à gauche!)

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν εξαιρετικό. Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και τα δωμάτια πάντα καθαρά! Τα παιδιά διασκέδαζαν στις πισίνες, τις νεροτσουλήθρες και στο βραδινό πρόγραμμα. Το all inclusive παρείχε τα πάντα για όλα τα γούστα!! Εξαιρετικό ήταν επίσης το μασάζ στο σπα του ξενοδοχείου. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!! Τέλος ένα μεγάλο ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΩ σε όλη την ομάδα του ξενοδοχείου!!!!

Louis St. Elias provided a perfect break away for an end of April / Early May escape. The hotel was clean, well maintained and the experience was made all the better for the friendly and helpful staff. The all inclusive package was superb; we could not fault the food (which offered a different "themed" night per seven nights (i.e. Cypriot, Fusion, Mexican, etc) as well as a variety of options for breakfast and lunch. Personal favourite was the salad bar which offered varieties of fresh produce, combined with their freshly cooked meat dishes and freshly baked baguettes were excellent. From a drinks front, options of Keo and Estrella was welcome as well as premium spirits (where I enjoyed a number of rum and cokes and nightcaps of Baileys!). Given we were all adults, we didn't use the waterpark facilities at the other side of the hotel but mainly focussed onthe more tranquil side. Both the pool and jacuzzi there were clean and well maintained, and whilst the water wasn't exactly warm (note: very cold early season!) it was still nice to cool off in the warm temparatures. I used the gym daily which offered more cardio based options, so a small area to tweak might be to add some free-weights later on in the season. There was a daily shuttle running from 09:00 - 18:00 from the hotel into town which was very useful for my Dad who struggles with mobility, but the walk into town is merely 15 mins at a slow walk (downhill, uphill on the way back may take some more time). Given we had come early season and post Easter weekend, it was naturally a "quieter" time and there were less children, so we probably had the luxury of less noise and less people, but the staff could not have been more helpful. From ensuring clean rooms and fresh towels, to being attentive at dinner for clearing plates, and for just having general chit chat around the hotel it was brilliant. A huge shout out to Flouris who provided great advice and a friendly face (and provided us with a genuine souvenier, his local teams football shirt!), and to Hazel from the entertainment team who also spent the time to catch up with us - I hope you have an amazing season! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and am already looking at returning for the same time period next year!
