芝加哥北岸溫德姆華美達飯店(Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Chicago North Shore)

Hotel is very tiny, have microwave, coffee maker and tea boiler. The bed is cozy. The only drawback is the Wi-Fi signal in room away from front desk is weak and always disconnected . I ask to change my room and front desk lady are helpful to change my room. 5 stars for their service.

Horrible management and staffing

Had to drive to get my in laws from the airport because they were flying in from Miami and we couldn't get a direct flight to Minnesota. It was a decent stay. They first day the downstairs had a really bad smell like a room pipes had burst or they clogged something up but they were actively taking care of it and by the next morning the smell was gone. We were disappointed that they are still advertising about this bowling alley onsite that we were informed had been closed for 4 years. Honestly it wasnt even a big deal with or without it. But they really need not to advertise it. To be honest only thing that would have probably changed my mind about the stay was there was no elevators and my mother in law is elderly and disabled so it was a lot trying to get her up the stairs. Overall the place was nice and comfortable and everyone was really friendly. We chilled at the bar and watched the games in which they had all them going on various televisions which was nice. Like I said if it wasnt for the elevator situation it would have been a perfect stay

My room should never have been rented out. I arrived late at night and I did ask for a room that was not too far of a walk because I am handicapped. It seemed very humid when I got into the room, but I turned the a/c colder and went to bed. Woke up in the morning and saw the mold on the ceiling. See the photo, the ceiling is peeling. Then I looked closely at the a/c unit. It was spewing mold ar me all night when I slept. Gross! Unhealthy! Then when I went to leave I realized that the outside door to the parking lot was missing it's lock entirely, so the door was unlocked all night and anyone could have come into the hotel. I didnt even take a picture of my room lock, which appeared to be held on by electrical tape. Honestly I wish I had read the google reviews before booking. The pics look great, and I thought it might be nice to check oit the bowling lanes, but when I read the google reviews thwy have been closed for two years anyway. Why are the pics still on **********? False advertising. Do not stay here

The stay here was horrible. They didn’t offer us any clean towels, and when I went to go ask for clean ones the cleaning lady had an attitude which I found bizarre to me. I also experienced poor usage in the room, toilet didn’t flush at all and started to form condensation. I have told the front desk about it and he completely ignored the situation. While I was informing him, another guest was having issues with their room and was explaining to me that they had similar issues which on top of that they had black LIQUID shooting from the vents and had to switch him to five different rooms because many weren’t accessible or adaptable. I paid for a working, sustainable hotel and didn’t offer a discount or a refund. Poor costumer service I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

The room was very unclean. The tub was clogged so the water was not draining while showering. The bed cover was horribly stained and so were the pillow cases, as if they were not changed from last person staying in the room. I have stayed in older hotels but they were clean but this hotel was very unclean.

The room was not cleaned before we got there, the tub was clogged. The tub was dirty and nobody cleaned under the beds at all. And since I booked my room on the website it couldn’t get a room change or my money back.

The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The shower water was rust color and all the amenities are very dated. Other than that, it was fine.
