The positive:the rooms are functionnal, good bedding, crisp air con, WIFI working, hotel is tidy. Room for improvement: The restaurant and bar: food is average at best. severla items are running out and are not available( ie : draught beer on a saturday evening- sliced bread on a thursday @20:30 depsite the restaurant advertising promotions on sandwiches). My biggest issue was with Breakfast: coffee machines ( both) out of order on a few occasions- shortage of juice- stale pastry on a sunday morning(!??). Room cleanlyness: small details such as water marks on the balck painted door of the bathroom ( not a train smash- it just gives a negative impression). Overall an ok business hotel on a budget, nicely located in the cneter of Abidjan.

Check-in at the reception took over 20 minutes. We had booked a standard twin room. They gave us a room with a small queen bed. We told them that the hotel had confirmed two separate beds - but the unhelpful receptionist just dismissed us. The room was small and claustrophobic. It had a small window and was Cluttered with unnecessary racks. Only one small bottle of water was given for the two of us. The intercom did not work. The pillows were so thick that it was impossible to use them. No toiletries in the bathroom. We spent two uncomfortable nights at this hotel.

Veramente imbarazzante. Sono stato per lavoro 4 notti in questo hotel, purtroppo prenotato da dei clienti. L unica cosa che si salva può essere la posizione dato che è il quartiere finanziario e sede di vari ministeri. La pulizia Dell hotel è imbarazzante, le camere hanno dei tappeti a pelo lungo sotto i letti pieni di polvere e di tutto, l odore di vecchio è di polvere regna su tutta la struttura che è obsoleta e non consona ai minimi standard. Il personale per quello che può è anche abbastanza disponibile anche se non molto professionale. I bagni delle stanze sono privi di tutto anche del sapone per le mani, quando si fa la doccia l acqua arriva nella stanza, non c è frigobar, non c è il phon, veramente nemmeno in Russia 20 anni fa non ho mai trovato un degrado simile. Non parliamo del rapporto qualità prezzo perché è meglio sorvolare.

Après un long voyage nous avons eu droit à un très bon repos avec une chambre très paisible la literie est de très bonne qualité le personnel des étages très dynamique et souriant vraiment rien à reproché L’hôtel est également très bien situé la sécurité parfaite

Séjour très satisfaisant dans l'ensemble on se croirait chez soit,avec un personnel très chaleureux.Hôtel très bien situé au cœur du plateau je faisais pratiquement toutes mes cours à pied. Cela fait vraiment longtemps que je fréquente cet hôtel je suis toujours satisfais.

Un très beau cadre,vraiment c'est la propriété .c'est un hôtel si possible de 7 etoiles, j'ai beaucoup admirer l'emplacement, l'accueil et même si envoutante que j'ai même pas voulu quitter les lieux.vraiment adorable.

J'ai aime l'hôtel à cause de l'accueil le personnel est très courtois et prennent très bien de leurs clients, et moi ce qui m'a beaucoup plus c'est la prise de petit déjeuner où le personnel est à notre soins j'ai vraiment aimé l'hôtel Ibis plateau.

The hotel was great but some amenities there are not working well I will rate it 6/10 I believe they can do better.

l’hôtel a besoin d'un relookage tout a vieilli. le bâtiment a besoin d’un coup de pinceau. les chambres ont besoin de nouveaux draps et oreillers pas de brosse à dent, ni de pâte dentifrice dans les toilettes les téléviseurs ne fonctionnent pas , faute de piles dans les télécommandes

There was nothing unpleasant about my stay; Internet worked reasonably well, breakfast was fabulous and dinner was alright too.I loved the facts that there is plenty of fruits and vegetables served all meals! The lift has a permanent fault where it stop automatically going down on the first floor ALL the time. This little annoyance ought to be repaired.

The pictures do not reflect reality on the ground. room had a foul odor. no bellman to carry luggage upstairs. spraying room with disinfectant spray did not help with odor so ended up switching hotels
