We're in a great neighborhood - close to Duluth's Spirit Mountain skiing & biking, the retail district, and lots of things to do and see!This fantastic home is great for families on the go. There are 4 private bedrooms - each with a queen bed, a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 living rooms!The dining room seats 8. This home is situated near the end of a dead end road in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Kingsbury creek is just through the woods! Proctor is a sleepy suburb just a few minutes outside of Duluth.
