「The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!」

「首先我要感謝攜程，非常用心的在做平台。為這次入住的不愉快做了非常合理的彌補。處理問題非常及時且高效，非常感謝。 再來説説酒店： 坦白説，這個打分已經偏高了，完全是對品牌的尊重，其實這是我這次峴港之行體驗最差的一個酒店。 倒不是因為入住時碰到了些不愉快，主要是作為品牌酒店，很多細節都有很大問題： 1，除了前台還算熱情，其它服務員，根本沒有禮貌，走在路上沒人打招呼，當客人是空氣-----如果你是一家快捷酒店，或者普通3-4星的定位，我不在意這些，但你代表悦榕 2，前台連接房間的電梯很小而且沒有空調然後燈光灰暗，如果是幽閉恐懼症患者，一定會很危險。前台也沒有空調，反倒是廁所有空調，不可思議 3，沒有人介紹酒店設施及服務位置，要自己掃碼去手機上看。好似很先進但卻忽視了作為高端酒店最重要的---人文。 作為一個高端酒店，不僅僅是裝修好，定價高，人的作用是機器和軟件不能代替的，你的笑臉，你的肢體，你的語言，都是區別於普通酒店的環節。 這個世界已經那麼冰冷，我無法接受一個酒店是掃地機工作，機器人送餐 （雖然你沒有，但已經類似） 4，泳池的充氣海豚和玩具居然要額外收費？！ 衹是比救生圈好看一點的玩具而已！這是不可思議的。格局在哪裡？ 5，退房時詢問是否願意為環境保護捐贈---我當然不願意！你們用推土機打開了一片生態，造了酒店，主要目的不是為了保護環境吧？我來度假消費，大家本來是雙贏，缺讓客人為環境買單，這不是自願不自願的問題，也不是1dollar還是10dollar的問題。就是太假給人感覺」
