The master bathroom has a walk in shower and his/her sinks. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is a half bath in the laundry room. Both full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bodywash, soap bar, toothbrush, toothpaste and a hair dryer. Swim towels are in the cabinet of the hallway bath for all guests. (2) Because the property is in a QUIET RESIDENTIAL neighborhood, the following rules have been established: (i) Quiet time is between 9 pm and 8 am. During quiet time, the noise level outside on the property must not exceed 40 decibels. (Generally, a low voice in a quiet setting ranges between 35 to 40 decibels.) (ii) When it is not quiet time, the noise level outside on the property must remain below 70 decibels. (iii) NO music, verbal communication, or other sound containing any FOUL language is allowed if it can be heard at all outside of the house (including the front of the house or the backyard) at any time.(3) Guests must use the garage and back drive way for parking (allows for a total of 4 cars). We do not want to crowd the front street. No more than 2 cars may park on the street in front of the house if needed. Please ensure your cars are locked at all times. (4) Since we do allow pets, house rules include picking up after them. There is a pet fee per stay.
