Our villa is spacious with 2 Bedrooms (sleeps maximum 6 with no exceptions) and 2 full baths with over 1200 square feet of living space. Gorgeous ocean and mountain views await you. Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living to show off the expansive lanai adding an additional 235 square feet of outdoor living space with comfortable seating. The custom designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances and a new LG full size stack washer/dryer all of which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation rental instead of a hotel room. Interiors include travertine floors, new designer floors in the bedrooms, honed granite countertops and African mahogany doors, windows and trim work. The new furnishings, WiFi high speed internet, DVD players, plus family board games and cards, large flat screen TV's in every room and other high end amenities provide a lifestyle and vacation beyond compare. Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living to show off the expansive lanai adding an additional 235 square feet of outdoor living space with comfortable seating. The custom designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances and a new LG full size stack washer/dryer all of which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation rental instead of a hotel room. Interiors include travertine floors, new designer floors in the bedrooms, granite countertops and African mahogany doors, windows and trim work. The new furnishings, Wi-Fi high speed internet, Apple TV, WII gaming station plus board games, large flat screen TVs in every room and other high-end amenities.
