5 star experience. Rooms are spacious and well-designed. Hotel felt very new and clean. Food trucks at night outside the hotel took away any stress on quick dinners.

Outstanding facility. Staff is totally customer service oriented and knowledgeable about the area and recommendations. Facility is super clean! A little bit of heaven away from the craziness of Waikiki! Definitely recommend staying here is you want a clean, well kept place to get away!

I would have given a much higher overall rating, however live bands at a Residence Inn, I was not expecting. Not to mention the band was horrible. After a 12 hour flight, it kept us awake and I was unable to do anything the next day.

$340 room charges is way too much for this type of property. $30 over night parking is ridiculous in property area. I just never ever stay again.

What a beautiful new hotel! Rooms are modern, well designed and spacious. The staff there are amazingly helpful and accommodating. Lovely breakfast buffet area and bubbly, helpful team greeting diners. Jessica, Cliff and Kinohi in reception were outstanding. They could not have been any more kind or helpful. Jessica even walked outdoors to find me when my room was ready. They printed travel docs for me, etc. Overall a five star experience. Nice that there’s a Starbucks next door to the hotel too! Food trucks in front in the evening are a fun and local food experience. They even offer painting on canvas and live music some evenings. Highly recommend this hotel.

When we checked-in the front desk people were really nice, when we got to the room we noticed that we were given an accessible room. We called right away to see if we could switch rooms we were told they were booked. I called ******* to check if maybe they could cancel our stay so we could move to a different hotel but apparently they could not do anything. This ruined our Hawaii vacation. I called almost everyday to see if we could switch rooms but no luck, I was told, because I booked from a third party, we were not a priority. I should have booked from their website, it's even cheaper! ******* gave us compensation for what happened but after we use that , I don't think I'll use any third party for bookings again. What a scam!

The cleanliness of the room and friendly staff made it a great visit and a relaxed atmosphere on Oahu . I definitely would recommend it over the hustle and bustle of Waikiki when visiting Oahu .

The Residence Inn Oahu Kapolei is an excellent choice if you are looking for a great place to stay that is not on the water. The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff is outstanding! Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. A hot breakfast was included with the hotel charge and was generous with its offerings. The restaurant was closed during our stay. However, the hotel arranged for food trucks to be on site every evening and they offered a variety of affordable meal options. Overall, great place to stay
