You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat. ◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour ◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee ◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address ◦ RULES: Noise ordinance: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration. No drinking in the hot tub, please. Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water. There is a car port with an outlet that supports Level 2 charging to charge your electric car. You must have your own charger. See photos for outlet type.Other things to notePet Friendly: One well-behaved pup allowed. There is a $95 pet fee, which you will pay at time of booking. No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house or in the yard and please dispose of any pet waste. Please be aware that it is not fenced and wildlife including coyotes cross regularly through the property.Check in/Check out: Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am.
