You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat. ◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour ◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee ◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address ◦ RULES: Noise ordinance: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
