An additional fee will be charged if poop, urine or excessive hair is found on the property or if any landscaping, rocks, plants, lights are destroyed by the animals.- EXTRA GUESTS - Our listing maximum is 16 guests. The house can sleep up to 19 guests with the roll away cots and pull out beds. For additional guests (more than 16) a $50 fee per guest will be charged. Currently we limit the number of guests to 50. Guests are responsible for any additional furniture needed and for all of the clean up after the event. Our cleaning crew is not equipped to clean up after large events, so all trash and food must be disposed of in the appropriate bins, and trash tightly tied up in bags to avoid bugs and rodents. Any spills / food stains on furnishings must be cleaned up by guests immediately to avoid additional cleaning fees. The guests on the booking take full responsibility for any damages made to the property by any of their guests. The same rules and liability waiver applies to event guests.
