While guests enjoy the quietness and privacy that a 21-acre ranch has to offer, all majors attractions (restaurants, shopping, wineries…)are just 15-30 mins away.The distance from our rental to some of the main attractions in Temecula and Murrieta are as follows:Temecula:1. Old Town Temecula – Approx. 12 miles (about a 20-25 minute drive)2. Temecula Valley Wine Country – Approx. 16 miles (about a 25-30 minute drive)3. Pechanga Resort & Casino – Approx. 15 miles (about a 25-minute drive)Murrieta:1. Murrieta Hot Springs – Approx. 12 miles (about a 20-minute drive)2. When entering this unique, new home you will immediately notice the 5ft river rock fireplace. The open living area features a 65” HD TV, board games, and large comfortable sofa. The master bedroom offers a luxurious King bed with an attached bedroom with bunk bed and plenty of toys to entertain the smaller members of your group. There is also a luxurious master bathroom with a separate shower and jetted bathtub to enjoy. A staircase leads to the upstairs where you will find two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a jetted tub and vanity table. One bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the other room offers two twin beds, a full bed and a floor full mattress great for families and kids.Our kitchen is fully stocked to make your stay as easy as possible. All essentials are available including cooking oil, large variety of spices, some condiments, snacks, cooking utensils, bakeware etc.The home offers parking for 2 cars under a carport, 3 additional cars between home and garage and a couple extra cars in the driveway Pets cannot me left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Pets not allowed in upstairs space. Maximum of 3 dogs. Also, please note, there are various stairs in and around the home and may not be suitable for certain people.We greatly value your feedback as we are constantly working to improve our guest experience. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in a fabulously located spot in Fallbrook, CA which is a short drive to the ocean, Temecula wine region, Bonsall and Oceanside. The very best of Southern California living on an elegant estate with secure off street parking inside a walled and gated compound. We have five rescue dogs on the property. They are very friendly and are the official welcoming party. If you have an issue with dogs it’s best that you find other accommodations. We want our guests to feel comfortable.
