Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja moderni, palvelu oli erinomaisen ystävällistä. Aamupala tarjoiltiin pöytiin ja sisältyi hintaan. Se oli erittäin maukasta ja tuoretta. Meitä kohdeltiin todella hyvin. Huoneessa kaikki toimi hyvin, mutta tupakansavua tuli ajoittain jostain sisään ja se häiritsi hieman. Myös minareeteista tulleet rukouskutsut herättivät välillä, mutta niitä ei voine kaupungissa välttää.

The small things make a difference.
Great hotel, decent location, great food in the restaurant.
Pre-set on the air-conditioning was unhelpful.
Highly dubious policy of holding guests' passports.
No curtain in bathroom window.
This shoukd have been a 5 star review, but the small things really do make a difference

Garden Downtown is a nice boutique hotel not too far from the city centre. The hotel in itself is gorgeous, rooms are large and functional, and they have an agreement with a parking nearby, which is convenient.

Location is good. Nice breakfeast options. Room was decent.
BUT .. Heavy smell of smoke in my room, despite it being a non-smoking room. Might have issues with the ventilation or enforcing the non-smoking rules. But reception did nothing even though I complained. My throat was a bit sore every morning - not recommended for anyone that are sensitive to air quality.

Very cozy and quiet place. They had really good sound proofing from outside noice, very thick curtains and good bed. Style was calm and Nordic. Great breakfast!
Easy to reach city center and main attractions. Nice restaurants close by. Also cafes.

Wonderful place with the loveliest staff. I wasn't expecting much at all but this place really surprised me - great design, amazing and helpful staff (all seemed to speak great English too, especially the girls on reception), comfortable rooms and a good location in the centre of Pristina. I've paid far more money in other countries for far worse hotels than this. If back in Pristina I wouldn't hesitate to return here.

What a charming Boutique Hotel! Very modern, with excellent restaurant on the ground floor. The room was super comfortable. Parking lot just around the corner. A real pleasant surprise!
