昌西飯店和會議中心(Chauncey Hotel & Conference Center)

Hôtel au milieu d'un golf. Parties communes très jolie, mais chambre dans un état de délabrement très avancé. Literie usée. Traces de saletés sur les murs. Un gros morceau de métal sortait du lit, extrêmement dangereux avec des enfants. Personnel pas à l'écoute à l'accueil. Petit déjeuner excellent et la dame en salle était très agréable et serviable. Piscine glaciale donc inutilisable. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel en raison de la chambre délabrée.

The grounds are lovely. We brought our dog and it was great to be able to walk out the door and have paved trails and then a hiking trail to access. It was a perfect location for our needs. The housekeepers and restaurant staff were very pleasant. Some updates would be welcome such as newer mattresses and ports to charge cell phone and devices.

My stays at Chauncey are always great. The employees are just wonderful and incredibly nice. As for cleanliness, never had a problem. The rooms are great and all the amenities, like the pool and bar, are tidy and clean.

The front desk staff are superior. I can’t say enough positive things about the 2 ladies we met - 1 upon check in and another great person on Saturday evening as we were coming in after having dinner out. That being said - the hallways and rooms leading away from the main lobby areas were HOT. The air conditioning was mostly ineffective and desperately needs an upgrade; as the amount of (lovely, bright & airy) space in our room, #206, due to the high vaulted ceiling, was very very hot and after having the a/c set to the maximum output for 8+ hours, we were very hot and unable to sleep. We didn’t want it switch rooms because we were otherwise comfortable and had a nice little balcony. Maybe in the meantime, add ceiling fans? The cold water tap at the bathroom faucet was leaking but we let someone know upon checking out the next morning. It was a nice stay, beautiful campus. Quiet and peaceful as we wanted. If it was a cooler time of year, we wouldn’t have had any issue with the hotel room.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was awesome! The staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. I will definitely book again when I come to this area.

The heating in our room did not work, a technician came and fixed it, but in the middle of the night it stopped working again, the room got very cold!!

Beautiful grounds with a calming bucolic backdrop— Jocelyn at the front desk is Perfectly professional with a love big smile .

Not a great experience at this hotel. From the first interaction with the front desk staff, to them losing my reservation because they "do not deal with *******", to a dirty room and smelly, moldy shower. Would not recommend this hotel, at all.
