Shower was not cleaned properly. Found someone else hair stuck to the shower wall

The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. Nice super clean hotel. Nice size rooms and full breakfast.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean. Nice lobby, breakfast area and facilities. Parking out back well lit and secure.

A nice hotel but the staff don’t seem to take care of wheel chair access outside and some walkways were shear ice. There were large beens of snow blocking the access from the sidewalks to the roadways making it impossible for someone to move around in a wheel chair or walker

Wonderful place to stay. Best hotel breakfast bar we have seen in a long time! Highly recommend this hotel!

My favorite hotel I've experienced in Prince George; I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was my second time booking here, and I'd love to comeback again! Everything was good. It is a new hotel that is clean and modern with beautiful rooms, a nice pool and hot tub and also the staff are great (friendly & thoughtful). Thank you!

Excellent. Really good breakfast. Need more gluten free options and less throw away dishes

This is a brand new property. We had booked a night with our 4 kids to use the pool and waterslide. There was no obvious place online stating the waterslide was not open yet. Also the pool/ hot tub had just under gone maintenance and the temperature was very cold. The hot tub was not even warm pool temperature. It was cold! We were disappointed. This was supposed to be a special family night out. Staff didnt really offer any compensation because we booked on *******.
