There weren’t very many patrons checked-in, so we thought it would be quiet. They put all the guests in one hall beside each other and it was loud. The room across partied all night and we got no sleep! We called the front desk but he didn’t do anything. My husband had to physically bring him down the hall to believe us then he called security. Went to have breakfast and nothing was laid out. The front desk guy was on his cell phone the whole time. While eating we heard screaming from the party people and front desk finally called police. By 8am we were finally able to sleep for a few hours before we left for our 7 hr drive. Never again.

Stay was good, but had to wait over a half hour to check in. They were under staffed for cleaning staff and had to go check the rooms physically to see if they had been cleaned yet or not.

Stayed here for a week for work. At the check in desk there was a line up of a couple people ahead of us that had to get their cards reprogrammed because they wouldn’t work any more which should have been a sign of things to come. Once I got to my room I was greeted by the almost 10 pigeons sitting outside on my window sill. I took a walk over there only to discover the little maintenance area back there where everything was COVERED in pigeon poop. I then ate and had some leftover to throw away only to realize there was no garbage bags in any of the bins and some weird beer can shaped recycling bin I assume? Followed by bedtime when trying to fall asleep I had to listen to the scratching and cooing of the pigeons outside my window or the sound of some system up on the roof or in the ceiling near the door that sounded like a diesel locomotive or a washer on spin cycle running all day/night long. Wake up to go grab a coffee and breakfast, there is no coffee station and the bagged breakfast is two granola bars a muffin and a fruit. I’ve stayed at several hotels in the last 5-6 months that have brought back hot breakfast or found a way to serve the breakfast safely, the bagged breakfast with no coffee just seems lazy at this point. Go to work every day this past week and get back only to find out that my card never works and I have to get it re programmed every day. Below average hotel for the price you pay, spend the extra $30 and stay at the new best western premier.

the stay was not as good as the last time. When you put in that breakfast is included, which is was the last time, one should have been told it was a bag breakfast. what a disappointment. when checking out, had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come from another part of the building. Would not recommend to anyone.

Check in was long, front desk staff friendly. The BW Marquis is dated and in need of either tearing it down and starting over or a MAJOR update. We checked in, the desk chair broken so sitting with my chin on the desk..no other chairs available so they brought one from the lobby. The rugs were filthy, bed mattress not sitting right on the bed, after a shower in the morning the ?smoke? alarm stated alarming..continuously. Called the front desk, went to the desk..No Maintenance people on the weekend..perhaps you can try and reset it the said to my 75 year old husband. He is up on a chair trying to silence. Not..They only agreed to change our room after about two hours with no solution. We loaded up and moved down the hall..one load at a time as no trollies available. New room, fridge not working, call the desk..They came pulled it out, water all over the floor from the fridge. Using the towels etc from the room to mop it up...No replacement face cloths, ever..tried at the front desk several times. Will not stay here again.

Don’t be fooled into spending the extra money, kitchenette means they have added a sink and that’s it. Standard queen rooms come with fridge and microwave. kitchenette suite comes with fridge, microwave, and sink. No where to cook the food I brought with me

The stay was good comfy quiet room was was clean had most amenities in the room that are usually needed parking area is hood entrances are close by

The room was clean and stocked. Check-in and out were quick and efficient. It’s so nice to get complimentary breakfast with your stay.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful but due to their being a liquor store and lounge @ the back of the property we were concerned for the safety of our vehicles. Other then we enjoyed our stay!
