Hotel booked by the tour operator. Service was slow, some staff rude but others very pleasant. No tonic water, draught beer, nor several other bottled beers on the drink’s menu. Burger was not cooked so sent back. Hotel is tired and needs refurbishing. Correctly advised not to leave the hotel at night but the ‘a la carte’ dining was served in the bar at the bar tables. Can’t sign for your meals and drinks and pay on leaving the hotel, as they insist on immediate payment but I guess I can understand that if they have had problems in the past. This warrants a 3 star rating and staff need training in the hospitality industry
