普拉韋茨凱悅度假村(Hyatt Regency Pravets Resort)

Un week-end magique au soleil ! Le Check in réalisé par Rosi est rapide et chaleureux, et elle répond avec plaisir à toutes nos questions durant le séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et modernes avec une vue superbe sur le lac et les montagnes. Entre le spa, les massages, la piscine, la salle de sport, le golf et le tennis, nous n’avons pas eu une seule seconde d’ennui ! Sans oublier le restaurant Mercato et son buffet généreux ou le Lion and Roses pour un dîner plus gastronomique ! En résumé, c’est un sans faute pour se Resort de goût dans lequel nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Mention spéciale à la Réception qui s’est toujours montrée aidante et disponible ! À bientôt, Thomas

The hotel was renovated but I expected more with regard to the furniture in the rooms - it just didn't fel cosy enough. The rooms and the other hotel facilities were colder than it was may be deemed appropriate - the AC in the room was turned on constantly and yet the temperature didn't achieve more than 21,5 C. There was not enough variety of activities for the kids - they have just one small outdoor playground and a small indoor playground. However, the hotel is pretty good. Very good quality of the food in the main restaurant. The food in the a la carte restaurant - Lion and Rose, was excellent. The staff in the hotel was extremely helpful and kind. Great lobby!

I went to this Hyatt in October 23. Everything is new and the hotel and the rooms are modern, nicely decorated and match Hyatt standards. Beautiful view on the lake and the bed was comfy. Large pool and fast wifi. Food is also excellent. Had the Rossini Burger at the restaurant, which was perfectly prepared. Very attentive service at the restaurant as well, everything went smoothly. Service was warm and friendly throughout the property, and, compared to what other reviews mentioned, a bellman was present to assist with luggage. One downside is the paid parking, which is surprising considering the remote location, and also the lack of activities around except golf and spa. I’d definitely recommend if you’re in Bulgaria and looking for a quiet and comfortable place to relax for a few days! Excellent value with Hyatt points as well.

We are wondering about the experience and the review's we had read on Tripadvisor. It was about cleaning problems, lack of knowledge from the staff about English, no sommelier, hospitality and help with luggage, lifeguard attention, information t9hat the the spa is from 16 year. Love it but we're was the info here? We read about this in July and after the answer you have given it sounded like you were on the problems an will be addressing it immediately BUT NO. We were baffled about the lack of personal experience witch draged this vacation down. Very disappointed. So we are wondering.. what is it you have done? Training? Maby should go to other 5⭐ establishment for educationally purposes were you get help with luggage, valet parking, greeted with smiles, well-spoken English, spotless cleaning of all spaces, working ac, Wine knowledge, Fine dining, warm nuts instead of a bag. Information signs about opening hours so. We don't have to stand their and waist our time. So NON of that we stil didn't get. Why? What is the steps for you to fix all this? Because it wasn't from June to October!? Change the staffing? Updated information more frequently online? No.. so please tell me how the management have addressed this as the previous review's on tripadvisor are answerd?! This got long but felt the need to get this to be properly addressed for every disappointed paying consumer.

Good hotel, nice and helpfull staff, great golf course, good food. For stay and play for a week really nice place. Shuttle from Sophia airport around 45 minutes so not so bad. I can come back there. Good!

Soggiorno a scopo lavorativo nei dintorni. Ha superato le aspettative sotto ogni punto di vista. Personale cordiale, servizi e posizione eccellenti, camera grandi, complete e pulitissime. Avrei gradito che le enormi TV fossero smart.

Das Hotel ist unter Führung von RIU immer mehr heruntergekommen. Mein erster Besuch im Hyatt dann eine große Überraschung: frisch renoviert, Service deutlich verbessert. Das Essen am Buffet ohne jeden Tadel! Ein tolles Hotel, ich freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch
