房間裡沒有空調，如果你住在5樓，就不可能使用淋浴。 枕頭上有污漬，而且很舊而且很平。

我仍然住在酒店，這真是一場噩夢，因為清潔度很糟糕，事實上我會說它不存在。第一天我們發現床單上沾滿了皮草和頭髮。今天他們甚至沒有重做我孩子的房間，除了因為電力故障而處於黑暗中之外。這是我們入住的第三天，他們從來沒有更換過毛巾。房間很熱，因為沒有空調，只有風扇。我不推薦給所有人！

Albergo discreto in ottima posizione, peccato aver avuto davanti una strada super trafficata, anche di notte!! Avevo chiesto una camera silenziosa e mi è stata data fronte strada; alla mia richiesta di avere una camera sul retro la receptionista ha bleffato dicendo che l'albergo fosse pieno in modo maleducato!!! Colazione ok! Se dovessi tornare andrei da un'altra parte!!

Check in is in another hotel across a very busy rd about 400 yds away. Shower didn't work day for 4 days and reported twice Safe didn't open No water on 9th, resumed in the evening. One pillow per bed and they said they had no more. Noisy room on the 1st floor due to constant beeping of key codes and slamming of doors. Kettle didn't work for 2 days Reception phone no was wrong and we were not given correct no No bar or lounge or any inside seating areas. I asked to move rooms twice and was told it would be possible but I was never contacted. This is in no shape or form a 4 star hotel. Be careful !
