El peor servicio de atención al cliente que me he encontrado.Cuando viajo pido desayuno y aire acondicionado, en este caso el aire acondicionado no funcionaba tenía una reserva de tres días, (no reembolsable) y sólo me quedé una noche no pudimos dormir, porque estábamos en un primer piso y el tráfico era constante y muy ruidoso.A la mañana siguiente lo comunicamos al hotel, y este no hizo nada, es más, vimos que ya había quejas de días anteriores, decidimos con mi pareja abandonar el hotel al segundo día por la tarde.Reclamo que por lo menos no me cobren la última noche y nada se niegan.Creo que por lo menos debían avisar antes de entrar al hotel de este problema yo considero que es incumplimiento de contrato.Mas problemas, el ascensor no para en la planta, siempre tienes que subir o bajar escalones supongo que se ha añadido y por la estructura del edificio es lo que hay, en la habitación el lavabo queda fuera del cuarto de baño y no tenía jabón y lo peor, en medio de la habitación hay un pequeño desnivel de 2 cms, que es para romperse los dedos si vas descalzo.Las 4 estrellas que tiene el hotel, no se las merece y el comedor del hotel en el sótano sin aite acondicionado funcionando era un horno, imposible estar mas de 5 minutos.
The room was beautiful, very cozy. The beds are soft and comfortable. Cleaned every day. Delicious breakfasts, large selection. There is a busy street outside the hotel windows, but the windows are so well soundproofed that you couldn't hear anything. The air conditioning works, you can set the temperature and blowing force yourself. Receptionists very nice and helpful. This is one of the better hotels I have ever been to. Everywhere clean and cozy.

The placement of the hotel is fantastic, and what attracted us to it in the first place. Access to the Metro is not far, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, ATMs, and even pharmacies nearby. The hotel itself was a little underwhelming. I did expect it to be a little more modern inside the rooms, but sadly, it wasn't the case. Whilst the overall cleanliness was acceptable, there were various stains throughout the room, most notably on the shower wall where the black tiles had white stains down the wall. Not long after our arrival I attempted to take a shower and within a couple of minutes my husband was shouting to turn off the water as I hadn't noticed it was flooding into our room near our beds; right across the carpet. The drain was not draining at all, and upon inspection, we found it was completely clogged with hair. My husband reported this immediately to reception, who said they would send someone soon to look at it. Over an hour later and nobody had arrived, and we wanted to leave to have something to eat. We mentioned it again to the reception on the way out. The receptionist informed us that somebody probably couldn't come to fix it until the next day or even the day after (our last day). My husband said if it wasn't fixed in the morning, we would need another room as being unable to use the shower(the only washing facility) was not ideal for a 3 night stay. Upon returning to the hotel around 7pm, we requested an additional pillow as I had a bad cold and I wasnt able to sleep without extra support. We were informed that we could not have one until the following day as they did not have access to the pillows. This, I found to be very unusual, especially having worked in hotels myself for many years. The next day, late morning, man did arrive to fix it with drain cleaner, and we had no further issues. There was sadly, a very annoying facility in our room, which was a sensor light in front of our door which would go upon any movement to the toilet. It was a very bright light and would disturb everyone in the room if anyone needed the toilet during the night, and funnily enough, it didn't stay on long enough when you needed it to. We could not find a manual switch for it. Due to illness, I did not partake in the breakfast for the first two mornings, but I did have it on our final morning there. It was very average and I found to be quite expensive for what was on offer, even for Prague. Some dishes were unusual, even for my Czech husband. Due to the high prices in hotels in Prague, I feel that generally, the issues were small, and we did overcome them. As I was unwell, I did stay in the room longer than intended, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. I believe lined curtains would be a welcome addition for weary travellers as the sun really shone bright into our room in the early mornings. As the hotel did not have a restaurant or bar and served a pretty average breakfast, I would most probably look for a different hotel

The breakfast is really nice and comfy, hotel staff very good and kind. The room is clean and neat. Nice experience, might stay here again! The hotel is near to train station (for street train) and minimarket is near too.

One of the most unprofessional hotel in Prague. We had a booking and they closed the reception 10 minutes before our arrival. Locked us out in the cold -3 degrees. We had to book a different hotel in midnight. Definitely not recommended

I came to prague to marry with my beloved. From the check in til the check out, the staff were incrudibly friendly and very welcoming. Ksjuša and Petr who make the visiting enjoyable. In our wedding day, Ksjuša came to our room with a champaign and congates us. She is extremly friendly, and my wife and i talk with her a lot. I had meaningful and long conversations with Petr and he helped me a lot. Besides, clean rooms, great staff and very good parking spots. Nice garden and tasty breakfest. Recommend.

Arriviamo la mattina per lasciare i bagagli, nessuno alla reception, nonostante dovrebbe essere aperta 24h. Ci ha aperto la donna delle pulizie, facendoci lasciare i bagagli incustoditi. LA COSA PIÙ GRAVE è stata scoprire alle ore 18 in fase di check in che la propria prenotazione è stata cancellata, senza alcuna comunicazione precedente. Personale che non ha neanche cercato un'alternativa per risolvere il problema, lasciandoci senza un un alloggio per 3 notti nel weekend di Pasqua (dove tutta Praga era sold out oppure con prezzi alle stelle). Weekend rovinato! Veramente una pessima immagine per la vostra splendida città. Non sapete fare il vostro lavoro, meritate solo di fallire!
