I booked directly with the apartments. I had quick responses to email enquiries before I arrived. I had filled in my info before I arrived on the Alfred online checking system. This was very handy because when we arrived we just had to collect the key and didn't need to fill in more paperwork. We arrived after 9pm so had to go to the Hotel Salvator to collect the keys as the reception in the apartments closes at 8pm. This is very close by so it wasn't a big deal. I was really impressed with the apartments it is in a great location about 2 minutes walk to the Palladium shopping center. The apartments were so clean and tidy. They had everything we needed. A full sized fridge freezer. A kettle, dishwasher, oven. There is also a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. There is a tv and safe in the bedroom. There is excellent air conditioning. The temperature was 33 degrees for the 4 nights we stayed and the apartments were lovely and cool. We had no issues and didn't need to speak to anyone the whole time we were there. We left before 6am to go to the airport and you just need to leave your keys in the box downstairs. If you want your apartment cleaned you need to put the sign on the door. We had no need for this during our stay but it is good that it is available if needed.i found the building very safe, you need a key fob to get into the building from the street. It was so quiet, no noise the whole time we were there and we only passed people I think 3 times over the stay. There is a tram and bus stop just steps from the front door. We used the number 15 a few times which brought us over the river to the stop for Petrin and the Church where the Infant of Prague statue is. This also brings u towards the Castle, you can switch at Malostranska to continue up to the Castle or get out there and walk. The nearest metro station to the apartments is 2 or 3 minutes walk to Namesti Republiky just at the Palladium shopping center. There is also a lift in the apartments which is so handy. We stayed in apartment 402. There is a McDonald's straight across the road and a Penny Small Supermarket across the road to the left. This closes at 10pm. It is so handy we got fresh rolls and pastries each day for breakfast. Also ham, milk, butter, cheese, water snacks etc. There is a bigger Albert Supermarket in the Palladium shopping center and also a lidl less than 10 minutes walk away, on the way towards Wenceslas Square. Apartments were in a good location, clean, safe and very reasonably priced. I had searched for ages to get a good priced accommodation. The shower was a good size, with lots if room and it was really powerful. This was good because i have very thick hair which is hard to wash in some places when the water isnt that strong. This was my second visit to Prague, my previous visit we stayed in a hotel but this time wanted to stay in an apartment. Also I forgot to mention if you want breakfast you can get it
