Centrally located in San Diego County.This guest house is on a property where there is another vacation rental. This means there are two vacation rentals plus the main house where the owners live. Each vacation rental guest house is a separate structure. ALL outdoor areas including POOL and JACUZZI are shared with owners who live onsite and one other guest house! The pool and Jacuzzi are located on a private property where the owners live.You will have full use of your private vacation guest house with two bedrooms, full kitchen, full size washer/dryer, and bathroom. Enjoy the peace and tranquility this property has to offer. House has Roku TV and WIFI. Do NOT book and ask for a refund. We will not grant a refund as it is a complete and absolute administrative hassle. Property owners live onsite in the main house. Guests must be able to walk up steps and on ground cover. Parking is on property in the space labeled “Serafina”. Guests will walk approximately 100 yards to the private guest house.
