阿達託旅館(Adato Guesthouse)

Wow, I did not expect this type of luxury and service: friendly staff members and management. I will recommend Adato Guest House to anybody visiting Klerksdorp; value for money. dffffsfsffsffsdfasfsfsdffdf

Very clean and secure environment. Friendly staff. Will recommend for anyone for family, business or relaxing visit. A little noisy at night though. The splash pool is inviting and beautiful scenery. Will visit again.

Received the most undermining and underwhelming service from this place. Firstly we booked their Superior King Room that clearly stipulated “private entrance, a seating area, a dining area as well as garden views” and had a special request for “ rose petals around the room & anything they deem special and fave a budget”. They gave the room I booked to their “special guests” who didn’t book it and gave us a room with a double bed inside their house and lied and said it’s what I chose when on my confirmation email and when I booked I carefully picked the “Superior King Room”. They did want to take accountability that they were wrong and their caretaker clearly said from my email the room I booked they gave it to someone else. I don’t even wanna touch on the rose petals. They picked from their garden dead flowers and made a small heart with those white dead things. Such horrible beings, once you hear a black persons name you treat them in the most undermining manner. I had to leave the premises and make alternative arrangements late at night because I couldn’t allow myself to take incompetence. Next time give people the room they booked not what you want to give them. STOP BEING HORRIBLE!!!!!

The cleanliness and comfort was amazing. The staff was friendly, and the location was perfect, convenient in terms of transport and stores. What I liked is that it was close to where I was attending the conference. Would definitely visit again.

I have stayed at Adato on my own for business trips and with family for sport events. It is always clean and extra towels etc arrive within minutes. Friendly staff on every trip. The check-in process is painless. Great breakfast with a variety of items every morning. Secure and safe parking inside the facilities. Centrally located in the heart of Potchefstroom. Close to sports venues and schools. I can definitely recommend Adato!

Host on site is accommodating and the accomodation is serene youd forget you’re in the city centre. Lovey hostess that is attentive to your needs. Would definitely visit again soon. Early. Check in was a blessing.

Horrible food, horrible service staff. The lady who checked us in was not welcoming and just angry, they make your lunch the night before and send it up to your room with your dinner. you cant choose your meal. The staff was rude and very unwelcoming.

The adoto guest house is the best I can recommend my friends and relatives to visit for a weekend and enjoy the guest house their service is good rooms are clean and very comfortable and the garden looks amazing with a fish pond dining area is perfect with breakfast buffet
