斯力加查恩飯店(Sligachan Hotel)

Beautiful property and stunning location. Staff were amazingly attentive and friendly. Dinner and breakfast were nice. Our only gripe was the cleanliness - our bedding had quite a lot of glitter on and the floors in the room/bathroom had hair on. More generally, the carpets throughout the hotel, bar and breakfast room felt like they need to be renewed.

Gut gelegenes Hotel an einem Strassenknotenpunkt, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Restaurant und ein Pub, was gut ist da es weit und breit keine Ortschaften gibt. Die sauberen Zimmer wurden mit Geschmack renoviert, leider aber nicht unterhalten, schade! Parkplätze gratis verfügbar. Gutes Frühstück. Wanderungen möglich hinter dem Hotel.

This hotel is very old but the rooms are updated. No complaints. Our room was very good size. But the roads are quite narrow and lots of potholes - we ended up with two flats. Towns are about 15 each way and if you come after season the Seauman (sp?) next door is closed which is said to have a great whisky selection.

Room and staff were both very nice. As a hotel it's nicely located and a reasonable value. Parking is ample and the setting is great. Unfortunately they're very short staffed in regards to the restaurant on-property and the service & food suffer as a result.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour au Sligachan hotel. Il est très bien situé pour se déplacer dans l'ile de Skye. Un peu vieillot mais il fait le travail. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Le repas du soir est perfectible mais vu qu'il n'y a que ça aux alentours....

Wir haben es eher als enttäuschend empfunden und bewertet, weil - das gebuchte Zimmer Superior Kingsize für immerhin 250 Euro leider sehr klein war, - das Abendessen keine gute Qualität hatte (wir haben das Venison zurückgehen lassen müssen) und - das Personal keine Idee hatte, als wir an dem Morgen sehr früh zur Fähre mussten, uns ein kleines Frühstücks- oder Lunchpaket zur Verfügung zu stellen. Wir wären auch mit einem Toast mit Käse oder S*****en zufrieden gewesen, aber die Aussage war, wir haben eben kein Continental Breakfast… Beim Problem mit dem Dinner hat das Personal allerdings sehr elegant und zuvorkommend reagiert. Die Gegend um das Hotel ist allerdings großartig, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.

We could tell that a lot of work had been done to update the rooms but sadly this didn't help to make the hotel as 'luxurious' as its website would suggest.

Room was very pleasant, food was fantastic and the staff were really lovely - could see it was a close knit team. It was busy on the Saturday and the staff coped really well. Loved our stay and will definitely return.

Super hôtel, chambre super, très bien placé, personnel très agréable. Je le recommande
