關於義大利假日飯店(About Italy Holiday)

Abbiamo alloggiato per il Nostro matrimonio in 13 persone e ognuna di noi è stata trattata come un re .. grazie a Elke e Daniela insieme allo staff ragazzi giovani e dinamici posso dire che abbiamo Passato un soggiorno stupendo Appartamenti e camere pulitissime … presenza di caffè e acqua con aggiunta di ogni confort come a casa propria forse meglio… Ringrazio davvero di aver conosciuto una location e delle persone così… Ringrazio Massimiliano per avermi allietato con il passaggio in barca al mio matrimonio a Portovenere … persona gentilissima ( per info chiedete ad Elke) … saluto la giraffa … e dico solo se dovete alloggiare a Portovenere o dintorni non scegliete altro … vi troverete immersi in un mondo unico grazie

Siamo stati una presso una struttura dell’About Italy Holiday nella Marina del Fezzano vicino Portovenere,la struttura in se era molto carina anche se le camere necessitavano di qualche piccolo ritocco,per esempio condizionatore perde acqua,bagno scrostato e cornici delle porte staccate,detto ciò eravamo anche contento in se della struttura con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo il fatto grave che è accaduto però riguarda la mancanza di cura da parte dello staff sul discorso privacy in quanto le strutture della Marina in cui alloggiare si trovano in vari contesti all’interno del paesino di Fezzano e può succedere che in un complesso con lo stesso portoncino di ingresso ci siano 2 o più camere,se la cosa fosse organizzata non sarebbe un male ma a quanto pare non è stata ben gestita e il ragazzo di nazionalità tedesca che alloggiava vicino alla nostra camera non essendo avvertito o non avendo capito ha utilizzato il nostro bagno,fatto gravissimo in tempo di COVID,infatti ci era stato garantito che seppur il bagno fosse esterno dalla camera era riservato solo per noi. informato il personale e la reception di tutto ciò sembra non aver dato peso alla cosa e non ha fatto nulla per scusarsi,nemmeno un piccolo rimborso o un gesto.Abbiamo comunque segnalato questo comportamento a chi di dovere. Peccato ma non ci torneremo più.

It’s located south of La Spezia. We arrived at the train station and walked 10 minutes to a bus stop, keep in mind that you have to buy the bus tickets in advance, there are some shops where you can buy them, also at the accommodation reception, and can only pay by cash (€2). After waiting for a long time for bus #11 or P to pass, we could get in about 15 minutes to Fezzano, where the apar**ents are located in the Marina. All these instructions were kindly provided by chat. It was a nice, clean, small room with a big comfortable bed. It had a fridge, a desk and an electric kettle. In Fezzano there’s not much to do, it’s a very small colorful town, with lots of boats in the sea, we stayed there as a base to go to Cinque Terre. The lady at the reception, kindly suggested that the best way to go visit Cinque Terre, was by ferry, so in the same stop, and the same bus we took to get to Fezzano, we went to Porto Venere, another small town, more picturesque, and with a nice castle and where ferries depart to go to Cinque Terre. The lady at the front desk was very kind, not only with the suggestions on how to get to Cinque Terre but also looking for solutions because we had no cash to pay the bus tickets.

We were very happy with our room, the location, the parking… it was all too perfect. However at the end of the night we quickly realised that the door separating the 2 rooms was wafer thin. We could literally hear the guy snorting through his nose and using the bathroom… of which, he should definitely see a doctor. It’s a shame because everything else was good. They definitely need to do something with the door and it would be excellent

El pequeño y bonito apartamento que nos asignaron está aledaño a la Marina de Fezzano y es precisamente allí donde está el parqueadero. La decoración y muebles de muy buen gusto, una buena mezcla de rústico y moderno. Es importante que si van a comer en el pueblo reserven en cualquiera de los restaurantes, no se logra conseguir una cena si no has reservado. Cerca en carro o bus a la Spezia, Cinque Terre y a Portovenere. No se recomienda llevar carro a Portovenere ni a Cinque Terre ya que los parquederos son muy limitados, se sugiere tomar un bus que pasa con frecuencia cerca al alojamiento pero previamente debes comprar los tiquets de bus en la tabaquería que está a pocos metros del alojamiento, tengan en cuenta que cuando tabaquería esté cerrada no es posible obtener los tiquets de bus.
