奧波託時髦和濱飯店(Oporto Trendy River)

Nice unit with fantastic views and plenty of space for the two of us. Good facilities, kitchen, bathroom, air-conditioning, etc, only issue was we were unable to get stations on the TV, appeared it wasn’t tuned or logged in but also difficult to resolve when you don’t speak or read Spanish. End result is I recommend this property and would stay again if in Porto.

The view of the river and one of the bridges is amazing. Check in was challenging since nobody was there to open the place for us. We had to ask one of the neighbors to call the contact number on our reservation. While we were waiting, we paid for parking along the sidewalk and later found out that this building does not have designated parking, even though the note when booking says parking is available upon request. The alternate options were paid public parking facilities and some where full or reviews rated them as unsafe. The apar**ent is beautiful inside, remodeled, comfortable beds, good bathroom and kitchen space. The location is close to central and very convenient.

If you are familiar with Portugal, then this place (aparthotel) will be just fine. There is no parking close by if you have your own vehicle. You will need to walk with your luggage on the streets ( unless you are dropped off close by). The self check-in was quite easy and the small elevator takes you to your floor. Communication was quite easy. The place is quiet and secure, and beds are comfortable. Place is a little compact ( including bathrooms) but adequate for our 1 night stay. You can walk by the river or to restaurants and bars close by. The place next door (which we could see) was quite run down but it didn’t affect us at all. Love the city of Porto! There’s lots to do.

Overall a great stay. Location is excellent. Very walkable and there is a bike rental a few steps away. There is a tram that took us to top of hill a few steps away. And the bridge is also a few steps away. Our unit had an alcove on second level that didn’t have any AC. So got hot in afternoons. We also had to kill a few household spiders. I would definitely rent this place again.

Bel appartement, très bien situé, mais attention quand vous louez de bien faire attention au nom du logement qui suivant votre choix ne donnera pas du tout sur le fleuve, mais sur une arrière coure. L'ascenseur est tombé en panne lors de notre séjour, il n'était toujours pas remis en service à notre départ.

Creo que los administradores tienen pésimo manejo de la comunicación. Faltó limpieza y no te avisan sobre el desayuno que puedes encargar.

The stay itself once we got in the hotel was good. We were able to drop our luggage off early but were unable to check in at listed time because the room was not clean. Once we got in the room, most was clean except the kitchen area and an old cigarette in the bed room. I was able to do laundry but there is only one washer/drier so if someone else is using it, you have an issue. The apar**ent was nice and roomy with a bathroom upstairs and down.

Lo único a tener en cuenta es que no tienes casi ni donde dejar el coche para descargar las maletas y el aparcamiento en la zona es muy complicado. Recomiendo antes de ir, ver las opciones de aparcamiento de pago que se pueden encontrar ya que si se mira con tiempo son muy aceptables (3 días 20€)

Great location and view of the river. Very clean except for the shower. Would stay again
