Une villa improbable ! Des chambres spacieuses, propres, décorées avec goût et bien équipées. Notre chambre avait un grand balcon privatif. On peut profiter d une autre terrasse commune immense avec chaises et transats...il y a un jardin des coins et des recoins, tout est propre et entretenu. Montez voir la vue panoramique, pièce garnie de livres et de jumelles. Le petit-déjeuner est royalissime, dehors ou dedans selon le temps. Salle commune avec cuisine et frigo. Les 2 frères propriétaires donnent conseils pour visiter la région. Plagettes et plages proches. Tout cela à 30 km de Palerme...72,50 € pour 2 ! INCROYABLE + parking facile dans la rue

Das Haus verfügt über geräumige Zimmer, eine tolle Außenanlage mit Meerblick, gutes Frühstück. Sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher Vermieter. Die Nähe zum Fischerhafen ist interessant, weil sich dort viel abspielt. Ein Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe.

Bella struttura ricettiva con camera nella norma e bagno abbastanza spazioso e pulito, la camera dava su terrazzo con vista mare. Colazione discreta e sicuramente da migliorare servita in una stanza salotto con tutti i confort. Titolari gentili e disponibili nel dare consigli. Unica nota negativa la porta da sistemare in quanto chiudeva dovendo forzare, per il resto un bel posto dove alloggiare.

Villa Edera è un posto bellissimo, molto accogliente e con un panorama splendido. Davvero, lo consigliamo a tutti!

Location immersa nel verde, con vista mare, Gestori gentilissimi e discreti. Camere dotate di mini frigo e aria condizionata, accoglienti e pulite. Colazione a buffet ricca e coloratissima. In Comune area cucina con frigo e freezer. C’è anche una piccola lavanderia, dove a disposizione c’è la lavatrice, che può essere sempre utile all’occorrenza. Siamo stati ospiti in Villa Edera per 6 gg, ed e’ stato davvero un piacevolissimo soggiorno.

Best place a stayed in Sicily (paying around this price). Lots of attention to detail - these people care about doing a good job. Lovely location too - nice peaceful seaside town.

We have never encountered better service than what we experienced at Villa Edera. Pietro and the other staff made our stay very special. We could always send messages or call the staff if there was anything we were wondering about. The rooms were nice and the villa is sheltered like a little paradise in Santa Flavia. We strongly recommend staying at Villa Edera if you are visiting the north coast of Sicily. We thought it was much nicer to live here rather than Cefalu and Palermo because the people were much nicer, there is great nature in the surrounding area and there are less tourists here :)
