"We went to hotel because we were still in the dark with no power at home from storm that hit us 10 days ago. Hotel looks nice. Once in the room, there are floor tiles cracked(broken movable pieces), chairs are visibly worn out, carpet is worn out and some edges are torn and sticking up. No TV service maybe due to storm as well."

"The office was closed when we arrived on Sunday. We managed to reach someone and get checked in. Once checked in we found that the a/c wouldn't cool below 78 degrees. We contacted management about it, and they said they called someone, but they never showed. We had to purchase fans to keep cool. The carpet needed to be cleaned, it had our feet black. The bed needed to be update, it was not the best quality in the world, but it served the purpose it was intended for. It broke at one point from just sitting on it and my husband had to repair it. The place has potential, and I loved the layout. It did have a full kitchen and was like a mini apartment, so it worked good for traveling with work. It just had some inconveniences."
