Twas a a very quite and cozy place .away from noise.

Was lied to about the room i was supposed to get. So I had to get a new room and they only wanted to do a 10% discount I thought that was not fair .So I asked for the difference in room to be refunded to me. Also there was still open drinks in the fridge in my room. It was not cleaned properly. Ive never really had a problem with this hotel I've stayed there a few times. I had a rude front desk person. The second person was really nice working along side of her. It was just me and my two children, but I had a lot to carry in because it was my daughter's birthday. Kids are 5 and 6 btw. I didn't get one offer for someone to help me. I mentioned that at the front desk. Gonna be a while before I come back here to be honest.

Check in was fine. but no room service for 6 days!!! On day four when we asked for clean towels we were directed to another building??? The breakfast provided was terrible. Probably will not stay there again.

Not good My room smelled so bad of musty dampness I had to change rooms, then in the new room I had to move the chair to fix the curtains so outside light wasn't blasting in and found a full humidifier. After empting the water basin it ran all night !

If you have issues with strong scents, do NOT stay here. The smell of cleansers/chemicals permeated everything. They have a beautiful firepit area, though.

Our balcony door wasn’t secured properly. The room smelled like stale cigarettes, as well as the linens. The

Room lighting was ridiculous. We could hardly see. Furniture needs to be touched up.
