北岸極光飯店(Aurora North Coast)

I have been slow to complete my trip reviews but I couldn't pass up a change to review Aurora North Coast. This accommodation was the first I reserved for our trip to Ireland and we planned our itinerary around it. It was worth it. Just amazing. Pearl was a wonderful host. Everything was top of the line and well-appointed. We speak often of sitting in the hot tub and staring at Scotland. Highly recommend and we will definitely find an excuse to return.

Absolutely stunning and authentic log cabin experience. Immaculate, well laid out, warm, cosy, everything you need for a retreat. Pearl the host is amazing and left some lovely treats for our arrival (lemon drizzle cake was amazing). Don’t plan on doing business as the WiFi/internet is very intermittent, but it’s the kin-a place for down time not business. Cabins are stunning and really well finished inside and out, with added bonus of hot tub. Convenient to bushmills for dining out and even closer to Grays Brasserie (although closed during our stay but that was a Monday/Tuesday in March so we cooked dinner during our stay, and had lunch in Bushmills Inn which was beautiful. Thank you Pearl and Aurora.

We stayed for two nights and just wow! From the welcome from host Pearl and the beautiful cabin, stunning views, quietness and tranquillity with superb comfort, the hot tub is a bonus, not to mention the hosts going the extra mile with treats supplied on arrival including gluten free treats. The friendliness and personal touches provided for a relaxing and undeniably perfect stay.

Our family spent two nights in the Ulex lodge after new year and were very impressed with our experience overall. The cabin is beautifully crafted, very comfortable and well equipped. It’s a super location for exploring the giants causeway, Bushmills and Carrick A Rede. Pearl and Archie were very attentive hosts.

A fairy tale trip Wow oh wow beautiful and amazing don’t seem enough.. breathtaking cabin straight from Canadian Rockies so tactile and comfortable.. Can not fault this stay in anyway well worth a stay

We had the most relaxing wonderful 4 days at Salix. The cabin was immaculate and comfortable. It was quiet, with glorious views. Pearl, the owner, was attentive and friendly. We had a complimentary bottle of prosecco and delicious lemon drizzle cakes, tea coffee and milk. Absolutely recommend this place. It deserves all its 5 star reviews. Even the weather was glorious!

We have just enjoyed a fabulous break in these luxurious cabins. Beautifully designed living space with high quality furnishings. Top of the range kitchen and bedrooms, and of course set in an idyllic environment with breathtaking views. Pearl and Archie are fantastic hosts and are so welcoming. We will definitely return.

Our stay at the Salix lodge at the Aurora Cabins was amazing! My fiance (now wife) and I stayed here for our wedding+ honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The owners are very friendly and responsive and the property itself is incredibly peaceful and private. At the same time, the property is very close to downtown Bushmills (including the distillery) and the causeway coast/ giants causeway. Thanks to that, there's plenty to do in the area. Overall, this has probably been my most pleasant lodging experoence in all my years of traveling. I'd gladly recommend it to anytime, and we'd love to visit again ourselves!
