塔樓溫泉飯店(Towers Hotel & Spa)

Excellent hotel. Scrupulously clean, and delicious food, but the most memorable part of our stay was the exemplary customer service from all staff. Lovely ladies at reception, in the spa,and the food and drink servers both male and female were all so polite, helpful and respectful at all times. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

We stayed for two nights in a superior room which was perfectly clean and comfortable. Only minor problems that did not affect our stay were we had to have the room card re-programmed twice to get access, despite keeping it well away from mobile phones, and changing channels on the otherwise excellent TV was difficult. There was also a lovely chill-out lounge near our room which appeared to be a brilliant facility, we just didn't have an opportunity to use it during our visit. The restaurant, staff and food were nothing short of excellent. The only negative experience during our stay was the night porter displaying totally unwarranted and staggeringly rude and arrogant behaviour towards my wife when he would have been better offering assistance, however our complaint was taken seriously by the hotel and we were content to leave them to take their own action. While he let his employers and colleagues down badly he is clearly not representative of the standards at this excellent hotel which I recommend and would look forward to staying at again if the opportunity arose.

The Spa facility was good . The rooms are dated and need complete refurbishment. Beds were comfortable.The breakfast was OK but limited options. Easy access from motorway and free parking. Not good value for money.

Lovely place for a friends night away. Spa deal with evening meal was great value for money. Special shout out to Phil on the bar who looked after us. Rooms were spacious and the spa treatments were great. Staff were very nice and helpful. We will be back I am sure.

Rooms and restaurant in need of urgent refurbishment . Good service and very friendly staff . Food was good , but limited menu on offer - drinks very expensive. Excellent leisure facilities. Sadly , wouldn’t recommend in its current condition.

Stayed at this hotel several times in the past and always enjoyed my time here. Met a friend for lunch a few weeks ago. I agree with latest posts. This hotel desperately needs refurbishing. I cannot comment on the bedrooms, but the restaurant and especially the toilet in the restaurant (which was terrible) needs a refurb. Food and service were amazing, restaurant staff all provided exceptional service.

Room quite shabby, stained torn cushions. We booked a table for 4 in the evening, the menu was a bar menu not like the restaurant we had previously visited. We cut our stay short, and travelled to Port Talbot where we had a far better stay at the same price.
