西班牙港The Red House附近住宿

Only stayed 2 nights. The only complain I would have was incredible humidity- but I am not sure hotel could do anything about that, that's just the climate. Helpful front desk and security, I needed a taxi which took a card payment and they were very eager to help. I may travel again soon- will definitely come back.

My husband I celebrated a special occasion with a 1 night stay at Hyatt recently. The hotel was extremely busy, co check in was a little wait. We were given complementary buffet breakfast due to a room issue which we greatly appreciated! The hotel also provided a voucher for a cake of our choice at the cinnamon cafe, the red velvet was tasty! The room was clean and seemed well maintained, with a lovely view of the ocean! The wait for the hotel elevators was a bit long, again due to the number of persons staying that night... The food at the restaurant was good, the sushi was exceptional, very fresh and prepared well! The breakfast was okay but we thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful and friendly customer service by all staff! We were very impressed, as this is not a norm in Trinidad (although it should be in the Travel industry!)! The only negative is that the pool area is so small, we did not get to enjoy it, as it was at max capacity when I visited it, so I didn't stay. I will definitely return, hoping it's a quieter time! 我和我的妻子二月上旬在這家酒店住過三個晚上。我們的房價很棒，乾淨又舒適。早餐是自助式的，提供各式各樣的早餐還有當地美食，這點很好；鹹魚很好吃。我們到的時候已經很累了，所以就在酒店的餐廳吃了頓晚餐，餐廳提供的是非常美味的亞洲料理。酒店裡有一個游泳池，是你一天遊玩過後放鬆放鬆雙腳的好去處。酒店的工作人員非常友善，很樂於助人。總的來説，這家酒店完全能夠滿足我們的需要，同時價格又合理。

Customer service is a 10. Every single staff member was helpful and courteous. My room was spotless, beds were luxurious and inviting. Breakfast buffet was scrumptious, everything was freshly made. Pool was clean and the perfect temperature. Location is extremely convenient. Highly recommend this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
