曼特拉觀景台飯店(Mantra the Observatory Port Macquarie)

Loved the apartment, the location was just amazing. We were checking out early the next day and wished we had more time to spend in the apartment and the surrounding beaches. A little inconvenient if you are staying in the apartments as there was no lift and we had to climb 3 flight of stairs to get to our room with no help and a baby 😭

Had a great stay !! Rooms were filled with board games and books !! They were super crusiey with a late check out of 12pm and rang to tell us we had forgotten a bag within 20 minutes of us leaving !

Rooms are a little dark and at night the park light shines in. Bed were good. Secure building with parking.

The room shown on the picture on the booking website is misleading as the room allocated was different. The bathroom was clean but the amenities appeared diluted and watery. The fridge was small unlike what was shown on your website, which had a refrigerator freezer. We needed to freeze the ice pack for the esky but was unable to. The WiFi bandwidth was pathetic. The ocean view room on the 2nd floor was street view room. Noise from the street was disturbing.

This property was very disappointing. The staff at check in were rude and not helpful at all. We had a major problem getting a password for the internet. The rooms are getting very tired and someone partied all night above us and when you ring reception there is only an answer phone. No one got back to us. It was very poor value for the price. Having stayed at 4 Ridges hotels, Sage and Bannesters at Mollymook over the last 3 weeks the Mantra wasn’t close to these other hotel standards.
