Nice enough hotel, but the heating system was in poor repair, and sounded like a jet taking off every time the heat came on. Very disruptive to my wife's sleep. Front desk staff very friendly and cordial, and the attendant in the dining room at breakfast was incredibly helpful (brought me bananas and peanut butter when i couldn't find them). Location is convenient, minutes from the LI Expressway.

This spot was exactley 6.5 minute walk from the ronkonkama train station. Its a 5 minute drive to lake ronkonkama. Its only a few minutes from great food and 10 minutes to the smith haven mall. Just a great area.

Our stay was comfortable. We stayed in one of the suites ; the 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 younger children. Everything was clean, the service was great. Only complaints would be that the temperature of the pool was quite chilly, the continental breakfast could use some improvement, and that there was a parking fee per day. For the price we paid, a parking fee seems ridiculous.

My family and I love our room. It was clean and spacious. Daesha (I hope I spell her name right) was awesome. She was a sweetheart and professional. Our stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Ronkonkoma was great.

I was given a small room and was denied the opportunity to upgrade even though I offered to pay an increased fee. I was charged for parking even though i had no car.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. An added bonus is that it is within walking distance to the Ronkonkoma LIRR station.

The room wasnt cleaned it had pee stains under the seat mirrors weren't cleaned water stains and dry toothpaste on mirror. Didnt smell clean the room. Their was a dirty cup with juice or wine stain on bottom of it.

This hotel was delightful. From the professional and friendly staff to the well cared for rooms this place did not disappoint. This was my second stay here and I would definitely stay a third time.
