布瑞濱海旅館(Hostal Brisa Marina)

Hôtel simple mais très propre et très bien situé. Le restaurant en dessous est un plus et le personnel est très sympathique et en plus c'est bon. Nous recommandons pour un court séjour.

El hotel se encuentra ubicado en el paseo marítimo del Puerto de Alcudia. Las vistas desde el balcón son espectaculares. Tiene ascensor. Habitación funcional. Se puede desayunar a buen precio en el restaurante de la planta baja. Utilizamos el hotel para dormir al llegar el ferry pasadas las 22h. Quedamos satisfechos con el trato recibido.

Man bekommt, was man bezahl. Die Lage ist sehr schön am Hafen. Reception ist auch tagsüber nicht immer besetzt, etc.

In our 10-day vacation, we stayed for 3 days at hostal brisa marina. The entrance is among the tables at the restaurant on the ground floor, and when we arrived at the reception, we realized that something was wrong. everything looks very poor and broken. In front of the door of our room there was a bucket placed under a crack where the water was flowing from the ceiling, a cot and some toys were also stored in the hall, it looks unsightly. From the moment we entered the room, we were greeted by a strong smell of chlorine (ok you would say, considering the pandemic and what we saw on our way up to the room, but not ok where you sleep🤣). 2 single beds pushed together, uncomfortable, with too soft mattresses make you wake up with back pain. You can hear absolutely everything through the walls, and the doors only close if you slam them (a pleasure to hear the neighbors when they return at 4-5 in the morning). It gets extremely hot at night, having to turn on the air conditioning, witch is very noisy and outdated, and you wake up in the morning stiff with cold, and the pipe smells of cigarettes. Very annoying! There is no iron or hair dryer because “it is a hostel, and what you see is what tou get”😅👍🏻🤦🏼‍♀️ I signaled not to enter the room and found the beds arranged, but without any cleaning, or refilling the soap and shower gel or changeing the towels😑😑😑 After this experience, I will make sure to never step into a hostel again!

A good stay overall , however no breakfast available until 10.00 am on a Thursday morning when I was checking out, guests should be informed of these timings when checking in / a note left in the room . Also the room doors need to be upgraded for noise reduction to guests

Lo mejor del hostal es la ubicación en el puerto, justo enfrente de la salida de los barcos y catamaranes. La terracita de la habitación justa pero ideal para tomar algo mientras ves pasar a la gente y ver los barcos que llegan y se van. Tiene aire acondicionado pero no tiene secador, lo cual no es ningún problema porque lo puedes pedir en recepción y te dejan uno para toda la estancia. Haría falta una pequeña remodelación de las instalaciones puesto que están un poco desfasadas, pero todo está muy limpio. Te hacen la habitación a diario. Abajo hay un restaurante que recomiendo ,te hacen un 10% de descuento diciendo que te alojas en el hostal. Las vistas desde la terracita no tienen precio , además está situado en el paseo Marítimo donde están todas las tiendas de marcas conocidas y muchos restaurantes de todo tipo. Recomendable 100%.

Great place but no room services for towels????? We had to ask the restaurant downstairs to help us get them. The rooms are nice and so are the people too.

Once again we’ve had a wonderful stay at Brisa Marina - from start to finish everything was spot on. We stayed in Room 107 and all was as good as last time - wonderful location, fantastic views and lovely clean, perfectly located hotel. Fabulous large balcony with sunbeds - to die for. The lady receptionists were lovely and a mention to the really helpful cleaning lady too. We’ll definitely be back xx

We stayed in room 105 overlooking the marina and what a beautiful view we had. On evenings we could relax on our balcony with a drink without needing to be in a bar and that was lovely since my mum had hurt her knee and couldn’t walk far. We were in a hotel for a few nights before that and the sleep was horrendous and the room here was much cleaner and nice and spacious. This was lovely and quiet. Plenty of room in the room great fridge and good aircon. Easy access with lift and the most wonderful and kind sweet lady who does the check in etc. If we need to come again we would definitely stay here it’s too good value not to. The breakfast in the restaurant below was amazing too and 10% off as we were guests above. We found it was way better value than many hotels. Just a tip as some have mentioned they found the shower small for them. I didn’t but I would prefer it bigger but I showered with the doors fully open and rested the shower head on the holder with the shower items on the sink side it was absolutely fine. It can get really hot on the balcony and if you want to cool down a quick cold shower and straight back out you’re fine! It was way more relaxing than listening to the really loud and brash brits that were on the beach.
