The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was amazing, the location is wonderful! Great experience in general 😍

Stayed here before and liked it so came back. This time not so great. Within minutes of arriving my kids found a French fry by the window. There was dirt around the bed. The mattress cover was stained. Went to get a shower late at night and the body wash was empty in the shower. This time did not have to deal with mayflies so that was better.

room was nice and clean carpet not so clean and the big thing was from the time we got there the toilet did not work right took it a long time to go down told the about it not working right. they told use it was plugged down deep. they worked on it. then would not give us some back on our stay in there words you had a 3rd party. who in the hell cares you got your money from them and IT; S YOUR HOTEL TAKE CARE OF YOUR PEOPLE CUSTOMERS. AND DONT LOOK DOWN ON PEOPLE OF HOW THEY ARE DRESSED IAM A MILLIONAIRE . and word of mouth spreads fast '

Very clean hotel and rooms. Nice space for a 2 bed room. Showers had good pressure. View of lake and walking area a plus. Definitely return if in area.

We got no housekeeping services in the 3 days we stayed there. We had to go to front desk 3 times for towels and trash bags. Very disappointing. The breakfast was fine

There was an area wide power outage during our stay. Staff was very helpful in making sure everyone was secure and in suggestions for alternate activities

Our room had a funky smell. It was a little like lake water smell, or a moldy smell. I told the desk clerk that I believed that the shower had black mold behind the wall. It was seeping out of the holes in the shower wall that the faucet and shower head were on. I hope they looked into my complaint.

Very nice hotel, the view of the lake is amazing. Breakfast needs more variety.

Front desk person was through and had great guidance. Very fast check in.
