椰子海灘度假村(Coconhuts Beach Resort)

Best hotel in Neil Island.This hotel has perfect location.The beach is very close to the room .The staff was friendly.Room amenities were also good.Expeeiced was good.Nice hotel for all travelers and this is a budget hotel and value of money.

Big size rooms - reasonably maintained . Has electric kettle, air conditioning etc. Beutiful location with an exclusive private beach where one can sit and enjoy the evening. Breakfast (Vegetarian) is complimentary). The restaurant has limited choice to offer. They are also very strict on restaurant timings - which closes early. No drinks are served. They have a so called bar - serving unknown brands and the ambience is not good at all. The people are courteous - but the infrastucture prevents them from performing. Hotel needs to upgrade its infrastructure.

No Water Pressure in bathroom it just drips so forget to take shower 4. No Wi fi in rooms. 5. Gives you feeling of staying in a low budget lodge.

Cochuts is a shabby place and the whole ambience is way below expectations. Charges are too high for the kind of place. Any visitor will suffer intermittent power cuts and blackouts. Generators switch on and switch off is a ***ual process and takes a considerable time. Most of the items mentioned in the menu are not available. General hygiene is below par. In our case, we had originally booked for 2 days (19th to 21st Oct) and the hotel rep (One Mr. Babu) insisted on full advance payment. (INR 11200) . We checked out a day earlier ie. 20th Oct (primarily because of poor conditions and fear of Cyclone) and he refused to refund the difference. Certainly, an act of cheating. Would like to caution all visitors. There are multiple choices in Neil Island and please don't make the mistake of booking Cochuts.

In Neil Island, I really like this resort as this resort is having its own beach also very near to jetty. This is affordable resort having good services and quality food. Nearby there are very nice hotel to munch in. Facilities are very nice in the resort ***** with good quality of food. Would really recommend this resort.

Wonderful Stay in a Spacious AC accommodation with sea facing Balcony, in a homely ambiance. Property itself is beautiful in a Coconut garden having a Sea green ocean Beach infront with ***groves here and there creating a calm and quiet heavenly atmosphere. Service was prompt and khana was healthy tasty and super presentation. We shall remember those guys. Incidentally we had to overstay for one night in a cyclonic weather and the support and encouragement and behaviour we received was beyond our expectations and we are indebted, grateful to M.Babu and his team for ever. Shall visit again if opportunity comes.
