Geweldig mooi en schoon appartement. We waren er al voor de 4e keer en alle keren fantastisch. De ligging is prima. Vanuit veel appartementen zicht op zee. Het zwembad is uitstekend verzorgd. Het receptie personeel is zeer behulpzaam en. vriendelijk. Een voettocht naar Armacao de Pera is prima te doen.

Absolutely fantastic, we stayed in 2 bed duplex has everything you need including dishwasher and washing machine. Staff were amazing ,we stayed 21st april for 1 week. Can not fault anything. We had such good time and great memories we are coming back in april this year. It is quiet at night which is lovely, and oldtown albufeira only 15-20 min in taxi.

Très belle découverte. Le village est bien situé pour visité l 'algarve.Dans un quartier calme et assez résidentiel ,loin du bruit mais à 800 mètres du super marché et de la plage cette résidence est vraiment comme sur les photos. Les extérieurs sont soignés, propres , arborés .Les batiments sont blancs de blancs ,magnifiques (car quand le blanc n 'est pas entretenu ca fait vite crade).Accueil parfait à la réception avec une charmante dame qui parlait francais. Immense boite à livres (j adore)Notre appartement était à l 'étage. Trés spacieux, clair avec terrasse ,parasol .Effectivement les cloisons sont peu efficaces contre le bruit des voisins. Le personnel d 'entretien passe plusieurs fois par semaine dans les appartements (gratuitement).La piscine est magnifique , propre avec beaucoup de chaises longues. Il y a aussi une navette (gratuite) qui vous descend au village et plage plusieurs fois par jour.(8 places ) Nous voyageons beaucoup et vraiment c' est un établissement qui nous a beaucoup plu sans réserve. Nous y sommes allés fin octobre .

Stayed here in a 2 bedroom Villa for half term week. The accommodation is in a good location with a few restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the beach and supermarket. We had a lovely time and would stay again, but would ask for an end villa if possible to reduce noise from neighbouring villas. The villas are basic and would benefit from a bit of care and modernisation (this would not cost much to do) Pros Microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and washing machine in the kitchen of the 2 bed villas. Quiet location Always space around the pools Two playgrounds for kids Clean accommodation Pleasant staff Mini bus available to Aromacao De Pera Restaurant on-site (although we didn’t eat here) Private front garden area where you can sit out and a roof terrace. Cons Tired and old fashioned furniture and soft furnishings. Paper thin walls, you can hear next door going to the toilet! Ants everywhere in the downstairs of the villa, they were really annoying. Back area of the villas is just an open grass area so you end up with people playing football or sitting right outside your villa. Would benefit from this also being made private with the planting of bushes between villas.

This was our 2nd visit to these apar**ents and again we weren't disappointed. The staff are so friendly and polite, the pool was cold, but very refreshing and the apar**ents are very big, with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The air con and safe were free this year and the wife was very happy, they have fitted hairdryers in the bathroom. The cleaners were round most days and they even provided toilet rolls this year! It was a very very relaxing 10 day break, just before winter sets in at home. We were also extremely lucky with the weather, about 28 - 30 degrees every day. Can't wait to go back again next year. We've just returned after a lovely 10 night stay at quinta das figueirinhas. We loved it. The rooms are dated, but super clean, with plenty of storage, air con, a safe, a hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc We had a first-floor apar**ent that had a more than spacious balcony with plenty of seating, an umbrella, and clothes airer. Staff at the apar**ents were friendly. The on-site restaurant had lovely food, not restaurant food, but lovely fresh pizzas, salads, sandwiches and a few local dishes, chilled drinks, cocktails, and ice creams. We tried the francesinha, which was amazing. The pool area was spacious, with plenty of sunbeds no matter the time of day. The surrounding area is quiet, but that is exactly what we wanted. Some lovely restaurants within a 10/15 minute walk, as well as a big supermarket. There are a couple of beaches within a 10 minute walk. There is a free mini bus that runs regularly into the next town armacao de pera, which is much livelier for those that want it. All in all, a fabulous stay

Un complejo turístico muy bien cuidado con unas casas muy amplias, las zonas comunes muy bien conservadas, la piscina muy limpia y tranquila, el bar con un camarero muy competente. El parking privado y gratis. Mucha limpieza y comodidad. Un lugar tranquilo a pesar de su ocupación

The apar**ents or duplexes we have had are clean, well serviced and comfortable. The pools are lovely- salt water and clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful and the free minibus service to and from the nearby town is really good. I have visited 4 times now bringing family and friends. We have all enjoyed our stays at Quinta. I highly recommend Quinta for a restful relaxing holiday. The beautiful beach. Supermarket and great restaurants are all within 15-20 mins walk.
