I am a person who travel a lot with an experience of the 5 stars hotels It was totally disappointed of the staff and how they were unpleasant, wasn’t able to get any help or answer from them, late room cleaning (until 4pm), hot/warm room and lobby temperature, poor service at the restaurant, I can write a full review about this experience, will rate this service as a 3 stars hotel

I think the amenity is outdated. Some of staffs are rude but some are nice. Some clean the room good and some just do minimal. I would not say this is a 5 stars hotel, maybe 3 stars

it was a part of 2 day trip in Sao Miguel.. We stayed at Octant Furnas, one of the best hotels on the Island. Octant Ponta Delgada need to keep up with. Pity that the open pool is not heated and we could not enjoy a great view from the rooftop

Super Wiche auf São Miguel, das Hotel liegt mega zentral, gutes Restaurant, großes Zimmer, sehr schöner Spa und geniale Rooftop Bar. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen

Very long check in time… had to get my key fixed three times. The next day, I rented back to my hotel at 4:30-5 pm and my room was not cleaned.

Shower pan was worse than a motel 6 …Cheap thin fiberglass that bent as you stepped. Tongs for breakfast bar we’re so cheap they discredited the class of hotel . Horrible service and quality of food at dinner in the restaurant. Desk follow through poor in helping make Restuarant reservations outside of hotel …at 6:00pm , I asked desk to make dinner reservations for 7:30…called desk back at 7:30…told restaurant haf not called back…said they would make res for 8:30 at one of the restaurants…I called back at 8:30 and was told to go out and walk until I found a place to eat…not five star !!!

The breakfast is outstanding. We had Christmas lunch at the hotel restaurant which was also 5 stars. The room was incredible, with beautiful views and decent soundproofing. We had an incredible stay.

Nice hotel and staff. Good breakfast. Great views. Found hotel to be dimly lit and signage could be better. Enjoyed our stay and would return.
